Hey Marty, This is my devious plan. We are going to take an option to buy a building in downtown Clearwater with a nominee buyer – maybe the old One Stop Shoppe

. We will then let it be known that this is the future home of the International  Association of Independent Scientologists. DM

 will blow a gasket and tell OSA to stop it at all costs and to buy the building – we will make a fast profit by selling. That money will then be split between Matt, Tom, you and me.  You are the biggest threat and it will be real that you could move to Clearwater. I might send you some non-Hushmail emails and some mentions on the phone. The biggest problem I have is keeping Matt secure on it – though I have impressed on him the urgency of not talking to anyone about this at all. If you agree with this plan we are going to move forward. Not sure exactly when – but Matt and Tom are totally ready to go. (Tom has tons of comm lines – we even thought of using Terry McCarthy!) Send me a Hushmail saying you got the mail and agree or disagree (if you don't want to be the bait and participate). Should we proceed, I think you coming here for a couple of days would be helpful – it will make it real that you may be moving here. Told you it was devious! Mike.
