Fountain was founded in 2006 to establish an alternative to the traditional art fair model. Fountain provides independent galleries and curators an opportunity to expose avant-garde work in enormous gallery-sized booths with a slant toward installations. Booth fees are minimal, and shipping, lighting, and electrical are often included to ensure that galleries are poised for nancial success.
