Tangy Thai prawn skewers Tiger prawns cooked and peeled Garlic cloves finely chopped Fresh ginger

grated Red chilli seeded and chopped Granulated sugar Fish sauce Lime juice 20 2 1cm 1 1tsp 1tbsp 1

Method 1. Pat the prawns dry with paper towels. 2. Combine the prawns, garlic, ginger, chilli, sugar, sauce and lime in a non-metallic bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Skewer 1 prawn on to each skewer. 4. Serve chilled.
