Responsive Call to Worship (Psalm 36:5-10):
Leader: Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.
People: Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep.
Leader: How priceless is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings.
People: They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights.
Leader: For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.
People: Continue your love to those who know you, your righteousness to the upright in heart.

Opening Hymn: Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing

Come, Thou Fount of every blessing, Tune my heart to sing Thy grace;
Streams of mercy, never ceasing, Call for songs of loudest praise.
Teach me some melodious sonnet, Sung by flaming tongues above;
Praise the mount! I'm fixed upon it, Mount of God's unchanging love!

Hitherto Thy love has blessed me; Thou hast brought me to this place;
And I know Thy hand will bring me Safely home by Thy good grace.
Jesus sought me when a stranger, Wandering from the fold of God;
He, to rescue me from danger, Bought me with His precious blood.

O to grace how great a debtor Daily I'm constrained to be!

Let that grace now, like a fetter, Bind my wandering heart to Thee:
Prone to wander, Lord, I feel it, Prone to leave the God I love;
Here's my heart, O take and seal it, Seal it for Thy courts above.

Unison and Silent Prayers of Confession Call to Confession: Psalm 13:5-6

Almighty and most merciful Father, we are thankful that your mercy is higher than the
heavens, wider than our wanderings, deeper than all our sin. Forgive our careless attitudes
toward your purposes, our refusal to relieve the suffering of others, our envy of those who
have more than we have, our obsession with creating a life of constant pleasure, our
indifference to the treasures of heaven, our neglect of your wise and gracious law. Help us to
change our way of life so that we may desire what is good, love what you love, and do what
you command, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Affirmation of Grace: Romans 6:17-18

Response: Take My Life, and Let It Be Consecrated | vs. 6

Take my love; my Lord, I pour At Thy feet its treasure store.
Take myself, and I will be Ever, only, all for Thee,
Ever, only, all for Thee. Amen.

Pastor Malcolm Davis
Hymn: Jesus Thy Boundless Love to Me
Jesus, Thy boundless love to me No thought can reach, no tongue declare;
O knit my thankful heart to Thee, And reign without a rival there!
Thine wholly, Thine alone, I'd live, Myself to Thee entirely give.

O grant that nothing in my soul May dwell, but Thy pure love alone;
O may Thy love possess me whole, My joy, my treasure, and my crown!
All coldness from my heart remove; May every act, word, thought be love.

O Love, how gracious is Thy way! All fear before Thy presence flies;
Care, anguish, sorrow melt away, Where'er Thy healing beams arise.
O Jesus, nothing may I see, Nothing desire, or seek, but Thee.

Musical Offering: Oh, How He Loves You and Me/How Beautiful |arr.by Holy Spirit
Ann Marie Robinson, piano
Doxology
Praise God from whom all blessing flow;
Praise Him, all creatures here below;
Praise Him above, ye heavenly host:
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Amen.

Closing Hymn: I Am Thine, O Lord | vs. 1, 3, 4

I am Thine, O Lord, I have heard Thy voice, And it told Thy love to me;
But I long to rise in the arms of faith, And be closer drawn to Thee.

Refrain:
Draw me nearer, nearer blessed Lord, To the cross where Thou hast died;
Draw me nearer, nearer, nearer blessed Lord, To Thy precious, bleeding side.

O the pure delight of a single hour That before Thy throne I spend,
When I kneel in prayer, and with Thee, My God, I commune as friend with friend!
Refrain

There are depths of love that I cannot know Till I cross the narrow sea;
There are heights of joy that I may not reach Till I rest in peace with Thee.
Refrain
