Hotels
Hotels used are usually family owned and often in areas not visited by other tour companies. Service is their watch word. All hotel rooms have private facilities. Twin beds are two beds in one frame. Single rooms are always very limited and the additional prices are for the convenience of having a room to oneself. Charges are by hoteliers. Standards are often not as good as other rooms. First Come, First Served. En-route hotels are usually Bed & Breakfast- See itinerary.

Led Walking & Sightseeing Holidays
Since 1980 ALPINE OVERLAND have organized and operated a programme of holidays to suit those who love the Alpine scenery and environment. Our holidays are well known for their friendliness. We operate by coach. This is your right arm, giving groups the freedom from public transport and also from your hotel door. Your seat is booked from start to finish and allocated when booking, first come first served. All excursions are included. Walks are graded 3 leaders and standards. Winter holidays usually 2 Cross Country ski leaders, 2 Walk leaders. It’s your choice of standards to suit your ability. Leaders are well experienced in operating with groups and make for smooth journeys and keeping you informed about things in general. At the evening meals the following days plans would be discussed. You are welcome to speak direct to leaders. The leaders will also advise should you wish to do your own thing. Prior information would be needed by leaders, also Mobile Numbers etc. Front cover: Tannheimtal, Tirol (Tourist Office)
