Professional Experience
Instructional Design Consultant, The KhafreWard Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio,
August 2020 – Present
Responsibilities:
❖ Collaborate with several subject matter experts in diversity and inclusion to develop
training content, materials, and activities for online training sessions for Fortune 500
clients.
❖ Design and develop several diversity and inclusion training presentations using
Articulate Storyline 360 and Microsoft PowerPoint.
❖ Instructional design content increased the impact for KhafreWard facilitators to deliver
high performance virtual professional development sessions for senior executives and
their reporting management staff.
Instructional Designer, Cincinnati Public Schools, Cincinnati, Ohio, May 2020 – August 2020
Responsibilities:
❖ Collaborated with several K-12 English, Science and Social Studies educators in shifting
traditional learning delivery to distance-learning models. Using the virtual learning
platform, Schoology, projects involved redesigning content, materials, and activities for
a remote learning environment. K-12 instructors were upskilled to learn effective and
innovative ways to deliver student instruction.
Instructional Design Student Worker, University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, Cincinnati,
Ohio September 2019 – May 2020
Responsibilities:
❖ Collaborated with subject matter experts in nursing to develop over 20 online, module –
structured courses within the Canvas Learning Management System for the College of
Nursing.
❖ Performed quality assurance evaluations for over 20 courses in Canvas: eliminated
errors in content delivery, content accuracy, and course accessibility.
❖ Facilitated workshops to faculty, staff, and students on emerging technologies that
enable them to perform better in the classroom.
❖ Introduced creative and innovative techniques to The College of Nursing that evolved
their ability to provide effective solutions for instruction and college administration.
