KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited (KPIT), CMM Level 5, ISO 9001:2000, ISO27001 and BS25999:2007 certified company was incorporated on 28th December of the year 1990 as KPIT Infosystems. In the same year of 2004, KPIT had acquired the Panex Consulting of United States of America. The company had integrated all of its off-shore facilities in Pune into state-of-the-art campus at Hinijawadi.
