In order to support the handover, further guidance may be provided to your administration and support staff where required, complimenting the training and technical skills transfer that has taken place during the previous phases. If we have used 1E products as part of your deployment, we will take this opportunity to ensure you are well placed to manage them going forward. Last, but by no means least, we will undertake a joint project review to ensure that your ConfigMgr deployment has met the technical and business requirements that were identified at the start of the engagement. As part of our commitment to customer success, we always revisit customers around six months after the completion of your project, for a lessons-learned follow-up session to ensure you are getting the most out of your investment in ConfigMgr.
