• Data Analytics and Call Center Operations


- Work with customer database of close to 3 million
- Track telecalling performance to understand and analyze customer
responses to various product offers made to customers.
- Managing the overall performance analysis of existing data and campaigns
- Forecast business volumes and manpower requirements for different
campaigns
- Identifying, recommending and supporting the implementation of various
campaigns for achieving the targets
- Monitoring performance of call center team comprising of 150 telecallers to

and training efforts.
