Narrator 4: (Veda) - He was so egoistic that he
commanded everybody in his kingdom to worship only him.He also had a son named Praladh.
Hiranyakhashyap: (Dyuthi) - I own the world.I
am the king of the world. Eveyone workships me. HAHAHAHA
Praladh: (Rudraneel) - No father, you don’t own
this world.Lord Vishnu does. I don’t workship you.
Hiranyakhashyap (Dyuthi) - OH! you foolish
child, you shall regret this, you need to be taught a lesson.
Narrator 2: (Naira) Hiranyakhashyap went to
visit his sister Holika.
Hiranyakhashyap: (Dyuthi)- my son believes
lord Vishnu is the king of this world, he needs to be taught a lesson. Holika : (Reya) I have an idea what if we burn him alive. I'll sit with him in the fire, but because I will be wearing my shawl I will be fine so we can burn your son and I'll come out alive.
Hiranyakhashyap: (Dyuthi)That sound good.
Narrator 3: (Aarna)The day comes, when they plan to burn Praladh alive. Holika holds Praladh tightly and sits in the burning fire. Holika: (Reya)You won’t go out alive today, Praladh.
Praladh: (Rudraneel)My lord Vishnu will come to
save me, I don’t fear you. (while looking up) Save me lord Vishnu.
Narrator 1: (vidushi)As soon as Praladh prayed
lord Vishnu, he appeared to save Praladh.
Lord Vishnu (Nyla) - Praladh you shall be
unharmed from the fire. (Holika shouts loudly): (Reya)AHHHHHHHHHH
Villager 2: (Jay) No one will ever try to do bad in
this village ever again. Hail lord Vishnu.
this is a miracle! Hail
Villager 1: (Aarna) Lord Vishnu. Holika burnt herself while trying to burn Praladh.
Villager 2: (Jay) Oh! Lord save praladh from his
evil father
Praladh: (Shlok)Thank you Lord Vishnu, for
saving me.
Lord Vishnu: (Nyla)Bless you, child.
Hiranyakhashyap: (Nishtha)You evil child I will
kill you, I will tie you to a hot burning pole. I will not leave you for killing my sister. Narrator 1:(Vidushi)Hiranyakhashyap tied Praladh to the pole, but once again Praladh was saved by Lord Vishnu.
Praladh: (Shlok) Lord Vishnu will kill you.
Hiranyakhashyap: (Nishtha)HAHAHA I cannot
be killed you foolish child. I cannot be killed during the day or night, inside or outside the house, any place in the world i.e. neither in sky nor on land nor in heaven nor in hell by any weapon, and by man, god, asura or animal.
Narrator – 4 (Vedha) – It was so difficult to think
of an end for Hiranyakhashyap Narrator 2: (naira)Lord Vishnu arrived on Earth but this time in the form of Narsimha who was a half lion – half human.
Narsimha:(nyla)This will be the end of you

Narrator 4: (Veda) This auspicious festival is
celebrated during the spring season with great joy and fervour. It is played with organic colours and water balloons. Narrator 1: (Vidushi) People collect wood and burn a bonfire and celebrate by singing songs around it. Holi is a festival which reminds us of the victory of good over evil.
