Dear NAC,

To my knowledge, all of our local members are now comfortable attending our

in-person worship gathering in light of the CDC’s most recent guidance and

recommendations. (We even had visitors this past Sunday at our in-person gathering.)

That being the case, we will be discontinuing our 9:30 Zoom worship gathering

beginning this Sunday, May 23, 2021. For the time being, our in-person gathering will

remain at 10:30 a.m.

Over the past year, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the way that

Zoom facilitated connections with people who had moved away or who were otherwise

unable to meet in-person with us for various reasons. I’d like to continue using this

technology to connect and maintain connections with people who can’t be with us in

our normal place and time. I’m working on guring out the best day, time, and format

for this kind of online gathering, and I plan on announcing it in the near future. If you

would like to be a part of a gathering like this, please contact me (even if you also plan

on attending our in-person gatherings).

I look forward to seeing you and worshipping with you on Sunday.

Grace & Peace,

Adam Ellis
