This offense is docurnented on Dallas Police Case number 043203-2021. ‘The suspect and complainant were both attending a fashion show event at the offense location. The suspect began fighting with a witness at the location. The complainant became involved in the fight and several involved parties including the suspect exited the venue. Two indiviciucls, iackuding the suspect, then pulled out handguns and began firing at the complainant. One af tie balizis strack the complainant. The complainant was transported to the hospital where he was gronuxuced deceased. ‘The manager of the location provided phone numbers and email addresse:. few’ tue individuals involved in the fight, because they were the ones that rented the venue for the event. One of the phone numbers showed to be registered to Suspect Denwie Mfebe. A witness positively identified Suspect ‘Mfebe via a blind sequential photo lineup as the person he observed shooting at the complainant as he exited the building.
