I am glad for those of you who are here, as I would like to get you informed abo
ut healthy living. My purpose is to help you gain knowledge and wisdom, knowing
that your health is in your own hands.!
INTRODUCTION Have You Read the News Lately
I am sure every one of you has seen the reports on how diseases are on the incre
ase.
I am going to talk about:
· Why health
· Who and what is stealing our health
· What can we do to take back control
Why health Why is it so important?
Without good health we cannot enjoy our lives or the fruits of our hard earned w
ealth. Poor health robs us of living @ our full potential and having enough ener
gy to be effective and successful.
We ARE a spirit, we HAVE a soul and we LIFE in a body . So we can also say spirit,
mind and body
So in other words, we have a sick spirit if we have hatred, bitterness, unforgiv
eness and offence..
We have sick minds if we are addited to alcohol or to drugs..
We have sick bodies because we eat and drink harmful foods..
We just keep believing what the TV ads or the media tells us, is true for exampl

= The Dr says: Take a pill and lose weight FAST. The big Companies say eat cerea
l and have lots of energy!!!!
SO
You do not have to be hit by a truck to die We have freely given our consent to l
et anybody kill us by poisoning us
We worry about being mugged or assaulted or beaten to death
BUT
We do not think how we are killing ourselves by what we eat and drink .
To stop the tide of disease, we need to take a serious look @ our nutrition (whi
ch is in the food we eat)
What is in food that you and I eat that is killing us?
1. Farming commercially chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, harvesting ,green, a
rtificial ripening ( fruit & vegetables only get nutrition at ripening on the pl
ant or vine)
2. The nutrition is not in the soil so it cannot be passed to the plants, which
results in the nutrition in these vegetables and fruit to be low, e.g., oranges
normally had 180g of Vit C and it is only 80g now.
3. Microwaving and cooking decreased the nutrition and changes the DNA of the ve
getables.
4. The processing of food adds preservatives e.g.=
MSG is added for taste (supposed to increase the appetite and color) Research ha
s shown that MSG causes many diseases like ADD in kids. I have a full report ava

ASPARTAM So called sweetener to replace sugar (It is used in foods and soda cold
rinks, diet drinks, if we would take the t away from Diet what we be left with .. D

SODIUM NITRATE is in all processed meats
HYDROGENATED FATS Your body has not changed the way God has made us. There are g
ood fats and there are Trans fats. Your body does not know what to do with the h
ydrogenated fats. (It is a big lie about low fat and meat) They are e.g. vegetab
le oil, margarine it turns to Tran s fats which in turn is a poison.
MULTI VITAMINS They are useless .. Whole food
Whole food nutrients are natural for our bodies as our bodies can use and digest
s them for our benefit.
Milk is only useful as full cream 2%, low fat and fat free is man made. There is
a lot of controversy about is milk good for humans or not.
WATER Our water has fluoride and chlorine in it.
CLUORIDE Do NOT SWOLLOW
CHLORINE Chlorine kills all good or bad bacteria. It is absorbed by our biggest
organ the skin, taking a shower or bath.
When our bodies cannot digest or use the food we eat, it causes what is known as
free radicals cells in our bodies. These cells are formed in our bodies which c
ause auto immune deceases, which cause degenerative diceases .. Cell communication

Medicines (Drug s) are toxic to our bodies. Doctors can only manage an illness not
cure it.)
NO EXCERSISE .. NO OXYGEN .. SLOW CLEANSING .
SO NOW IS THE BIG QUESTION ..
What can we do to take back control over our
NUTRITION .
We have to have a paradigm shift and our mind set has to be changed
We need to spend more money on good healthy nutritious food and see our medical
bills become less.
We need to :
· Eat healthy food e.g. Certified Organic food
· Eat foods high in anti oxidants give e.g.
· Drink omega 3,6 & 9 oil. Very important for children especially for brain and au
tism, ADD etc.
· Use coconut oil for cooking
· Drink lots of clean water to detoxify and cleanse your system, no soda s and no al
cohol.
· Try and eat more raw foods, lots of salads, fruit, sprouts, seeds
· Eat meat from pasture fed animals and game, as well as free range chicken and eg
gs.
· Eat fish with scales, no shell fish like crayfish, prawns, they are scavengers
· Get a dose of Sun for Vit A & D it helps digestion & ph balance
· Eat brown seed bread, white is not good
· Lastly use a good supplement if need be.
