Old Business:
-Bid to epoxy the front steps is $777. That would fix our peeling issues and the sides
also. Will be on agenda at next congregational meeting.
-Ted Denning did look at chapel leak. Thinks it is coming in through the windows. If
roof leaked it would leak all the time and during snow melt. That’s his best guess.
New Business:
-Will have a Congregational Meeting on June 27 to discuss any further action with land
and possible easement for Mr. Zimmerman. He would like to know by July if we will
allow access through our land. Notice will be mailed to address list.
-Water heater stopped working in Parsonage. Steve Griffin repaired it. Rheem offers a
warranty. Voted to pay Steve’s bill, $150, and work on getting warranty to reimburse
the church. Tracey/Jennifer
-A faucet in women’s bathroom is broke. New one purchased and repairs needed.
-Discussion on new mask guidelines. Will continue to social distance in pews. Masks
recommended but not required. Will resume normal worship including fellowship hour
in June.
-Voted to sponsor a sideline chair at Tri-Center basketball games - $100 –
-There are a couple cracks in the parking lot. Will have them repaired with sealer from
Menards or Home Depot.
-Live stream stopped last Sunday. WIAW stated our router is due to be replaced. Cost
$117. Will see if it continues to give us trouble or if it was a one-time deal. Purchase of

WEDDING SYMBOL—This version of
the Chi Rho features two interlocking
rings on a cross. It symbolizes the
partnership a husband and wife make
with God as they unite. The Wedding
Cross also symbolizes a couple’s
commitment to grow together in God’s
grace and love.

There is a container at the

back of the church for pop
tabs. Aletha Buck from
Shelby collects these for the
Ronald McDonald House.
So far she has turned in
9,510,000 on her quest for
10 million. Let’s help her
make this goal. Thank You!
