boss makes his men realize they have more ability than they think
they have so that they consistently do better work than they thought they
could”
I totally agree with this statement. After being employed at this organization, the world was
totally eccentric for me and I was absolutely unaware of my talents.

Mr. Irfan Manan Khan, I can say “My Boss” started supervision with his diverse approach,
helped me to overcome my weaknesses, grasp over professional attitudes and keep a smile
in every situation. He is a remarkable observant, who can see what the other person holds
in mind or in hand….. ;)

An absolute difference in two auras; when I first came to this organization and now sitting
with confidence and satisfaction, enjoying my work… just because he actuate this new
organizational system with his optimistic approach, thoughtful guidance, effective planning
and intensive quest for maximizing opportunities to perform the best.

His strategies to create excellence via developing a new learning atmosphere, motivational
support and self appreciation are no doubt remarkable. He is a man of generosity, who
always supported his team, whatever the situation is; giving them a sense of responsibility,
and that’s the reason today we are fully accoutered to face any great challenge.

I sometimes, wondered how he endures our mistakes, avoids any negative events and
keeps on smiling even in adverse situations which is a very sapid fact of his personality.
Transferring all his knowledge and experience to his team for enhancing the effectiveness
of the org. and well-being of its members through planned interventions is another
distinctive trait of him which I observed in past one year.

I never saw him depleted even in hectic work routines; always looks for perfection that’s
why he never accepted any disarray in any single activity of this org. you can say him
“Sang-Froid” as well. It is his amenity that inspires every member to approach him for the
solution of their private disputes. He welcomes everyone with his cordial nature and very
magnanimous personality.

When I asked my team members, which thing inspires you the most, to stay here, they all
had same response; “the excellent learning environment, sense of self improvement and
the inspiration, awarded to us”

I don’t know the specific vocabulary to describe his personality. This paper is just a part of
that inspiration, which I acquired from this very generous person, who always accentuated
on self improvement, and is still on his way to perfection. May Allah bless him.
