 School ICT must follow these steps to automate.

STEP 1: School ICT DOWNLOADS and fills up automation

• Download Link: https://aka.ms/DepEdM365AccountListTemplate
• Click File. Click Save As. Click Download a Copy.
• Copy & Paste column A-G from your original account spreadsheet.
• Enter PersonalEmail and/or Mobile (if available). STEP 2: School ICT UPLOADS accomplished form
• (optional) Want students to join your school Team? Add a JoinCode.
• Upload Link: https://aka.ms/DepEdM365AccountListSubmission
• IMPORTANT: make sure to include a personal email and / or a mobile • **USE YOUR DEPED EMAIL ACCOUNT** (ex. 543210@deped.gov.ph)

School ICT can create a Team and add their students.
STEP 1: School ICT Creates the Team
• Teams Link: https://teams.microsoft.com
• Select Teams on the left panel. Click ‘join or create team’
• Give your Class/School a name
• ex. School_ID-Meycauayan-Rizal Elementary-2021
STEP 2: School Invites Students using JoinCode
• Click the “…” and then “Manage Team”
• Go to the settings tab and generate the Team code
• Share the code to your students and teachers
