Due tothe numerous requests received from the students and parents, the University has decided to consider Providing relief to students from appearing forthe end semester examination ofthe ongbing semester. The institute as been always sensitive to genuine concer of our dear students and have always supported and helped them. Curently also the leadership has kindly taken an empathetic view and re-considered the issue ‘© After due consideration and ext ‘consultation with all stakeholders, it has been decided to szrade the theory courses based on the prorating of Internal Assessment (IA) marks and the performance of the students in the available previous semester, a a one time measure, forthe ‘ongoing semester only. The prorating would be on the similar lines as followed in the previous academic year, 2019-2020, ‘+ Additionally, students have an option to apply for Improvement of Grade for theory courses ‘through appearing forthe Grade Improvement Examination, without any academic penalty. This, ‘examination will be conducted through Online Proctored mode, and to be scheduled from the first week of August 2021 onwards. The detailed schedule will be notified shortly. + Itmay be noted thatthe better ofthe two grades willbe reflected in the gradesheet, should any student opt for Grade Improvement Examination ‘This Notice supercedes the communication made through the letter dated 5* June 2021 (copy attached), ‘Note for M Semester students: A similar relief as mentioned above wll be provided to all H semester B.Tech students, the details will ‘be notified by June, 30 2021.
