Okay, here are the exercises that me and my friend have both followed to restore our vision (and a lot of other people have as well), and so I have no reason to doubt their effectiveness on restoring your, the readers, vision also - if you do these exercises, you will restore your vision. Let's begin with the rules first - vitally important to your success. Although exercises are very simple, most work is done in your mind. And that is simple enough also. Another thing is, you should go here, & get their material. If you can afford it, then definitely get it, as it will help you in rebuilding your vision, and I highly recommend it. It helped me not only with some additional exercises that speed up the whole process - there are just too many different ones for me to write out here (and, after all, it's not so much about the quantity, but it is the quality that matters far more here). Another thing they'll do for you is they will send you some equipment that you'll find useful, give you a full guide etc., all in one course.
Another thing to keep in mind i that I am not a doctor, I do not hold any qualifications in the area whatsoever, so please treat everything that I say here as my own opinion. Although you cannot possibly damage your eyes by just rolling them around, I must say that I am not responsible for anything that you do as a result of reading my information. Always consult with your doctor before doing anything with your eyes...
Now that that's out of the way, let's get into the action!
Did you know that you can fully restore your own vision - rebuild your eyesight?
The biggest and the most powerful tool that can be used to achieve great health is your own mind! People hugely underestimate the power of their thoughts, and, while some are just plain lazy, others just don't know the truth. The truth that you can use your mind to create the body you want to live in - healthy, strong, beautiful body.
I have almost never worn my glasses after I have started regaining vision. I would like to share with you what I did to restore my own vision.just picture that!) . :o) Again. which I followed. and yes. If you drive. otherwise I would have recommended them to you as well). it was very frustrating when you cannot see anything . found some brilliant courses (those are all in russian. The first thing you do in order to lift your mood is to straighten your spine. and put a wide smile on your face. 1). getting to -4.50 & -4. eventually.5 or +1. than I did.5. My eyesight started worsening when I was about 13.really the key to success in anything you do. As soon as I have leant that it is fairly easy to restore your eyesight(what a shock it was!). If you are more than 2 dioptres out. starting from about -1.and remember that you can walk too! :o) (Think you cannot handle that? I've had final year exams & most important presentations out of my whole course to do when I 'lost' my glasses.. 3). and. this is very important .75 on each of my eyes (that's what it was at only recently. then use glasses with at least 2 dioptres weaker than your current prescription (and only use them when you actually cannot do without them. That's one of the 'secrets' .relax as much as possible.).the best you can. which I cannot express enough how happy I am about! I think that I can even see better now. then this would be the time when you should consider other means of transportation . before I've restored it). I have been wearing glasses.mind work is 90+ % of success. Say good bye to your glasses/contacts for good if you are up to -1. and then contacts ALL THE TIME during this period. Always feel good. I have spent a lot of time researching. Make yourself feel good throughout the exercises . 2). when wearing my contacts. Do not tense your muscles . and I've had close to -5. while doing the exercise (at least). and have now *fully* rebuilt my eyesight..In this example. I have a perfect eyesight today.
or if you smoke. then get ready for a dioptre per month. and you see improvement.do not stress your eye muscles). Look left. then please please please do yourself a favour. but I won't go into that much more here. and remember to keep your eyes relaxed . but take your attention further/beyond the physical constraint of your eye .8 times (up-down *8. 5). Do not rush it! If you restore your vision too quickly. again. take your attention further. however. and. Restoring eyesight goes hand in hand with general health.behind your ear in this case. 2... instead of a dioptre per week! The cycle of exercises is done once daily. It affects our whole body actually (and mind). . and you have a rest for 3 days that follow. 1. beyond the physical constraint of your eye . you are a risk of slowing down the process tremendously. you need to blink a few times. then please please please do yourself a favour. These are the three main rules.4). after accomplishing every point (set of exercises) from below. then this won't happen. but take your attention further. Look up. at least for the duration of the process of curing yourself. beyond the physical constraint of your eye. or more. and so you have the temptation to over-do the thing that's working for you. Lastly. Important because smoking and drinking affects our eyes big time. If you drink alcohol. & stop this degrading activity. Do this 8 times. If you drink alcohol. and stop this degrading activity altogether (or at least for the duration of the process of curing yourself). look right. or if you smoke. you got it. I'll briefly go over why this is important a little later on. The only thing that you should be doing is smiling and being happy. It's quite easy to rush. because you want to restore your vision. If you take that road. then look down. just for a few seconds (blinking relaxes eye muscles). again. If you follow this guide exactly as it says. for four days. and.
Look left. Then do the same in the opposite direction. and do this cycle 4 times. bottom left corner. Make each move comfortable. right. 5. 3. Look on to the top left corner (eyes are open again). Do same as point 5. Now draw 8 vertically. Same as point 4. move your eyes in the shape of an 8). 7. 8. but with your eyes closed. 8-10 times in one direction. Again. Do same as point 4. tilt your head towards the ceiling.e. and will really put things on steroids. straight. Follow a perfect circle with your eyes (don't cut corners). also around 8 times in each direction will do. straight.just as with point 1. do about 8 of them in each direction. . and bottom right corner. right. and then 8-10 in the other direction. and do the same as point 4). 10. as this really is vital. but with your eyes closed. 6. make sure that you maintain good mood throughout. 9. this one 4 times (left.e. straight. straight *4) 4. top right corner. increase your good mood with every cycle. And don't forget to lightly blink after every exercise. Draw a horizontal 8 with your eyes (i. but look up (i.
13. Fully relax (meaning your shoulders will go down. in order to increase the effectiveness and hyper-speed things up. Do this cycle 4 times. hands. Make sure there is no light coming through. Lastly. look between your eyebrows for 2 seconds. until you feel they start getting worm (10 . as. take a deep breath. and put them on your face. and calmly start blinking. Rub your hands against one another. Sit in this position for around 4 minutes. to the sides. keeping your eyes close. you cannot physically look in different directions. feet etc. and I am still very young anyway). imagine a butterfly. while you breath out. and relax any tense muscles that you find).15 seconds).just preventive maintenance. Although this is by no means everything that I know and that I did ( I spent my whole day for full 40 days working on my health . There are other things you can and should also do. looking for any tense muscles. and open your eyes. Then look at the bridge of your nose for 2 seconds. thank god. Increase relaxation. but not touch them. To help yourself relax. then to the sides again. then look straight. 12. and relax them. After about a minute in this state. again.relax the whole body. Now slowly. but take your attention to the sides. . Sit up straight. noticing object which exist by each side of you (again. tongue should be in a "hanging" state. face relaxed. etc. while restoring my eyesight and my health. I have a perfect health. but these things will take a lot more of . as above. and eye muscles in particular (go through your whole body in your mind. close your eyes. or a lizard. Then. just like the butterfly does when it moves it's wings (10 seconds or so is enough). remember how it moves/spins its wings. in search for tense muscles. and relax as much as you can . then put them in a cross. and then close your eyes.. one on another. this will be enough to restore your vision. Your eyes must rest right in the middle of your palms. noticing them with your side/peripheral vision). image of nature helps most people. but you can pay attention to these objects. Relaxing your eyes as much as possible. without tension.just go through your body in your mind again. Look at your nose for 2 seconds. stretch yourself. calmly open your eyes. when you feel that you have fully relaxed. unless you are a frog. and.11. And last stage. think of nature. and then slowly put down your hands.
So. Another couple of very powerful exercises for your eyes that you should also implement are the "solarising" exercise. very important. Then. then you probably don't.e. i. look at the stamp. or in the evening. Eye muscle-building exercise: Think about the time when you go into a gym. and the "eye muscle-building" exercise. stamp. Spending just 3 minutes a day on this exercise is enough. If you don't know of any problems. in order to build up your muscles . eventually. Do this around 100 times. but only during the sunset and the sunrise (according to xyz). if you feel that you are okay. to only look at the sun either in the morning. Our eyes have a way of adopting to the sun light . then consult with your doctor. or if you have any problems with your eyes. when it is rising. when it is going down. and that's because they don't look the sun during the day. . here's what you do for this one: you take a small image. looking at the sun when it's already up is a bad idea. as well your doing time (a time *very* well spent). cataracts.you do the same hear with the muscles of your eyes (which move & focus our eyes). Even if you close your eyes. it's generally good for our eyes. for example. however. Fully relax your eye muscles while doing this (and always try to keep your eyes relaxed anyway. and relax for about 30 seconds or so .like right on it.my writing time. as it causes eye flouters. however.g. however.Solarising exercise: Sun is our friend. It is. It must be very close to the horizon . and you stick it on your window (preferably). What ever you do. do not stare at it directly with your eyes wide open! Sunrises and sunsets are good and safe. standing 30 centimetres away from it & focus your vision from that stamp and into the distance. this will speed up the process by a tonn). Avoid looking at the sun during all other times at all cost. e. More stuff to do: Close your eyes. So. it is still bad. If you feel uncomfortable doing so. and.when we are looking at the sun. It is well know that birds. so don't do it. have a perfect vision through their whole life. But remember to consult with your doctor about any problems you may have.
until you see flashes of good vision. but they are by your temples. remember that. or put any kind of strain on your eyes. then use an eye test table . as it means that your eye muscles are trying to relax! Don't. anywhere you can. and that's what does wonders. by increasing your mood. inhale deeply. everywhere you go. Our mood and the way we're feeling throughout our "average" day has a huge impact on our eyesight. I'm sure. It is when you see these flashes then youre on your ways. and much. I also stretched my eyesight every day. you OWN IT. During this time. so you'll find them online. Your aim is to remember the state of good eyesight. Try the following: close your eyes for 20 seconds (or until you're fully relaxed). after all. TELL your brain what you'll see you're going to open your eyes. do it while you're walking. much more. and then try & replicate that state in every situation. don't don't squint. and will insure no health problems for the future. or stress during the day. so work with it. and repeat that procedure again. Got it? If nothing else. you can do it for 10 mins in the morning instead. It'a kind of hard to explain in text. then FULLY RELAX. Feel really good. with a grin like we have no future. Try to get fluctuations instead. Literally ANY problem can be cured that way.like those you see at opticians. For example. and. Once you get a little fluctuation of good vision. as this only slows down the process. They are quite official.Then look onto the distance outside your window (if you don't see anything there at all yet. Remember not to put your eyes under any kind of strain. remember the sharpness of the image that you saw. There are some spots around your face that you can massage and help your eye muscles relax. . Do it once or twice. when you go for an eyesight check up). with a straight back. and by your nostrils. Relax your eyes everywhere you go. then exhale (just as you would normally). or we can smile all day. and you'll restore your eyesight. and you will start noticing the fluctuations. We can feel like a loser. bit by bit. then all around your eyes. lift up your mood *as much as possible*. and lightly open them and try to lightly focus. and saw consistent improvement. feel good about yourself. and then have a slightly up-lifted mod for the rest of your day. It's there to help you in life.
keeping it in that stretched position for at least 20 minutes . do so lightly. and I kept training them to see. as after every session like this. . so I am going to try and advise you on the most effective way to do that also. and then RELAX FULLY. and just generally focusing a little. It was when I learnt to fully relax without any strain at all (taking deep breaths in. doing palming. and that's what you are going to get.. and keep telling your brain that that's what you want. and just remember the position and then replicate it. To sum up. because I could not see anything at all. One thing you can do to relax is do a so-called "Long Swing". Spend time every day just stretching your vision. I relaxed my eye muscles there by lifting my mood. until I needed no more I could see. and I had practiced relaxing my eyes until I could see. and I needed to put that same strain every time I wanted to see. and you should still see what you wanted to see. sometimes very noticeable. and could see for some time). and then relaxing. after every session like this I saw an improvement. I have identified a couple of good places where my eyes were most relaxed. here're some things to remember: . Then you should remember the position of your eyes when you see...Ralax. as days went by. And so that didn't work out too well for me. That really helped. my vision got a whole lot better. When you force your eyes to focus. And that helped me tremendously. stretching my vision further and further. and using my mood) I then had restored my vision fairly quickly. from that point on. without doing anything at all.. as it get's your blood flowing. and after you wake up. Tell yourself that you see better every day.that's what I did. then your eye muscles are very likely going to stay like that for the whole night. I have learnt that although I could do things with my eyes to see better (for example I could put a strain on my eyes of some sort.It is important to relax your eye muscles before you go off to bed. If your eyes are strained when you go off to sleep. I then quickly learnt that my eyesight wasn't really improving. I did force my eyes to focus at the start though.What I mean my that is I found a place with dim lighting where I couldn't see anything. Massaging your face also helps to relax.
