AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO THE FOOTBALL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING
AND
CALIFORNIA POLYTECHNIC STATE UNIVERSITY

The parties to the above-referenced Agreement dated November 11, 2019, do hereby amend the
Agreement as follows:

1) The football contest on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at War Memorial Stadium,

Laramie, WY, is moved to Saturday, August 30, 2025, at War Memorial Stadium,
Laramie, WY.

All other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged and are hereby ratified and affirmed.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Agreement and the Amendment, the terms of the
Amendment should be construed as final and binding.
