DEPARTMENT OF INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS November 13, 2018 AMENDMENT TO FOOTBALL CONTRACT AGREEMEN’ This Amendment to the Football Contract Agreement is made and entered into by The University of Tulsa (Tulsa), and by the University of Louisiana Lafayette (Louisiana), effective upon the full execution of this Amendment. RECITALS WHEREAS, Tulsa and Louisiana entered into a Football Contract Agreement, effective June 23, 2014; WHEREAS, Section II of the agreement reflects the football game schedule for games between Tulsa and Louisiana for the years 2017 and 2019; WHEREAS, Tulsa and Louisiana amended the Football Contract Agreement to reflect the change of date for contest scheduled in Lafayette, LA for September 28, 2019 to September 28, 2024; WHEREAS, Tulsa and Louisiana desire to amend the Football Contract Agreement to reflect the change of date for contest scheduled in Lafayette, LA for September 28, 2024 to September 9, 2028. AMENDMENT Seetion Il and the Amendment made on November 29, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date” for “September 28, 2024 game” in its entirety and inserting the following “date” in its her terms and conditions of the Football game Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
