1. Lama citizen involved in United States Court for the Western District of Arkansas
litigation currently. I have an interlocutory appeal that will be in the Supreme Court
orders tomorrow. It may be denied and would impact the case absolutely none at all. It
is not likely to be denied.
2, Adomain used in commerce is a TM and is not recognized as one and Title 15 is
unconstitutionally vague as has been argued in my case.
3. none.
4, Curtis J Neeley Jr, v NameMedia Inc et al, (5:09-cv-051!
Curtis James Neeley, Jr., Petitioner v. NameMedia, Inc., et al. (10-6091) . Docket for 10-6091
In Re Curtis J. Neeley, Jr., Petitioner v. , Docket for 10-6240
5. none
6, Ido not agree they even exist.
7. IF UDRPs are considered litigation then it is a cottage industry.
8. protecting a TM is not bullying and use of the term is offensive.
9. Nothing they do not already do. UDRPs should not be confused for Court.
10. The FCC and the FTC.
11, Ido not agree that it exists unless you consider defending dilution of TM bullying.12. The massive domain name economy and the cottage industry of UDNP will be illegal
after my litigation that has made an interlocutory appeal to the Supreme Court that will be
granted in tomorrow orders. (10-6091)
