Male Chastity Contract

1. DEFINITIONS

Throughout this contract the terms are used with the following definitions:

Chastity: Prevention of all kinds of sexual behavior that involves the user’s genitals, including
sexual intercourse and masturbation.

Chastity Belt: Any lockable wearable device designed to keep the user’s chastity and to
prevent the possibility to touintergrunch the user’s genitals and genital parts, by wearing and
locking up.

Key-holder: The individual who will assume full ownership and control of the chastity of the
user, will lock the device up and will hold the key according to this contract.

User: The individual who will wear the device according to this contract and who ought to keep
his own chastity.

The User will hereafter been known as slave

The Key-holder will hereafter been known as Mistress

slave and Mistress will collectively hereafter been know as P/parties

2. RECITALS

Whereas

the slave has expressed his need to be held in strict chastity in order to faciliate female
control over his urging sexual desires;

and whereas

the slave has understood that such control over his sexuality will and shall ultimately
result in control over his entire personality and life;

and whereas

the slave has understood and agrees that such control over him is a necessary tool to
achieve his satisfactory obedience and discipline to the supreme female sex;

and whereas

the slave does now sincerely beg the Mistress to execute such strict control over him;
and whereas

the Mistress has gracioulsy expressed Her willingness to answer the prayers of the
slave and so to assume ownership of the slaves genitals, sexuality and personality.

Now subject to the terms and conditions set forth hereinafter, the P/parties agree and convene
as follows.

3. SLAVE’S OBLIGATIONS

The slave has the following obligations:

a. The slave purchases the Chastity Belt to be worn by him as directed by the Mistress at
his own expense, and hands it into the possession and property of the Mistress and the
Mistress shall henseforth have full and undisputed title to the chastity belt; the slave
shall do so kneeling in front of the Mistress and asking her most humbly to become his
Key-Holder and Mistress, to apply and lock the Chastity Belt and so to accept control
over his genitals and sexuality.
b. The slave at the same time submits ownership of his genitals to the Mistress, as Her
full and unlimited property.
c. The slave submits to the use and wearing of a locking chastity device to ensure that
Mistress’s newly acquired property is kept secure and the slave shall have no ability
and permission to break the terms of the chastity unless such ability and permission is
granted to him in this contract or by the Mistress in Her own and free discretion.
d. The slave is not authorized to touch any of the Mistress’s keys of the Chastity Belt. The
slave will not have possession of or free access to any keys of the Chastity Belt but the
Mistress will keep one of the keys in a secure place where the slave can obtain access
to a key in an emergency situation. The slave shall in any case if at all possible inform
the Mistress of the emergency situation and his desire to open the Chastitiy Belt. The
alleged emergency situation will afterwards be reviewed by the Mistress and the
burden of proof for the emergency situation will be with the slave. Should Mistress in
Her own and free discretion later find that there were no justified grounds for the alleged
emergency She will punish the slave severly and/or terminate the contract.
e. The slave is not allowed to touch or fondle his genitals without Mistress´s prior and
express consent; the slave shall not autonomously ask for such consent but the
Mistress shall unquestioned grant such consent if She deems appropriate and justified
in Her own and free discretion.
f. The Mistress will ultimately decide when/if permission to an orgasm of the slave will be
granted based on variables such as the progress of obedience and submission of the
slave under Her, the merits of the slaves with respect to Her, the convenience of the
orgasm to be granted, and Mistress’s general overall mood to grant permission.
g. The slave does not have authority to remove the chastity device from Mistress’s
property for any reason. The slave may however, submit a request for removal of the
chastity device explaining the reason or reasons for removal, but ultimately Mistress
will decide on the approval of the request.
h. It is the responsibility of the slave to maintain the chastity belt clean.
i. During chastity, the slave will have to perform various tasks, aimed at his development
in the direction desired by the Mistress, which may include, but are not limited to:
carrying out varying tasks for the Mistress, being exposed to sexually arousing
 material, actions and media aimed at further arousing but not satifying the slave,
worshipping the Mistress’s picture, losing weight and improving in shape and fitness,
learning the Romanian language.
j. The slave is never permitted to leave the Mistress’s control without his Mistress’s
express permission, when the chastity belt is removed temporarily.
k. The slave is prohibited from imploring the Mistress to remove the chastity belt for the
sake of the slave’s sexual satisfaction; the slave rather understands that the denial of
satisfaction will be used as a means of dressage against him.
l. Every misdemeanor committed by the slave, or failed task, can be punished by the
Mistress in various ways, including corporal punishment and/or prolongation of the
chastity period or immediate termination of this contract and thus also ultimately
terminate Her relation with the slave.

3. MISTRESS’S RIGHTS AND COVENANTS

The Mistress has the following rights and agrees to the following covenants:
a. The Mistress takes and accepts complete ownership and control of the slave’s
genitals.
b. The Mistress has free reign to do whatever She desires with Her property.
c. The Mistress will ultimately decide when/if permission to orgasm will be granted to the
slave based on variables such as infractions of these terms, the convenience of the
orgasm to be granted, or Mistress’s general overall mood to grant permission.
d. The key will always be safely under the supervision of the Mistress.
e. The Mistress has the obligation to pay attention to the slave’s health and condition
during his time in chastity.
f. The Mistress will supervise and let the slave maintain the chastity belt within regular
intervals determined by the Mistress.
g. Mistress has the authority to amend any of the terms listed above, at any time, and
without the slave’s agreement.

4. Financial Compensation

The slave acknowledges that he will financially compensate the attention, time and
effort of the Mistress spent in caring for his chastity and thus the slaves own education
and dressage. Such compensation shall be subject to the degree of care and intensity
of control that the Mistress will exercise. According to the different levels of care and
control offered by the Mistress, („the Programs“) the slave has asked to be admitted to
the Program

(e.g. basic orgasm control)

and the respective monthly tribute of ................... Euro will become due and be
transfered by the slave at the beginning of each calendar month.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out or in connection with this contract will be ultimately decided by the
Mistress in her own and free discretion.

6. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

This contract will come into forth immediately upon signing by the P/parties will be valid for a
period of ……months thereafter.

7. CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT

The Mistress shall be entitled to terminate the contract at any time by giving notice to the
slave orally or in writing.

The slave shall have no termination rights during the term of Sec. 4 above but shall be entitled
to requests the cancellation of the contract from the Mistress for cause for the following
reasons:
 The relationship between Mistress and slave is terminated;
 Either Mistress or slave cannot execute his or Her obligations due to long-term illness
or similar reasons;
 It becomes obvious that wearing the chastity belt causes serious problems to the health
of the slave.

Both

consent to all the terms and conditions set forth herein and each party is to keep a copy of the
document signed by both parties.
