These young children were forced to flee Afghanistan following our military withdrawal and the subsequent Taliban takeover of the country. Specifically, please give all due consideration to the plan created by the National Child Protection Task Force. Many non-profits have stepped up to fill the void for these children while various governments work together to find a permanent home for them. The United States has a long history of compassion and we urge you to be a leader in protecting these children from any further harm, ‘Thank you for working to protect these children.
