MARKETING Family Reporting System (FAMS) is online!
FAMS is a wonderful tool which provides detailed market data for customer demographics for Army Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Civilians, and Family members. FAMS has the capability to produce reports by installation, region, component group, age, gender, marital status, dependents and grade. The FAMS reporting module is located on the ACS Staff website and all Family and MWR Marketing staff can register to access FAMS. Registration instructions and the FAMS reporting system user guide are available at: http://www.mwrbrandcentral.com/HOMEPAGE/research.html Any problems accessing the FAMS site can be addressed by clicking on the “Contact Us” button on the registration/login page to get help from the support team. Share and share alike… it’s the best part of the Symposium
Great things are going on at the garrisons, so let’s hear about them. Share with your fellow marketing colleagues some of your innovative programs, best practices or creative ideas at the "WOW!" session at the Symposium. Everyone could use some fresh ideas. Here’s how it works: 1. Send in a short email with an overview of the great idea, practice or event 2. Title the Subject line: 'WOW!' and add your garrison name, such as "WOW! Fort Wonderful" 3. Send to: victoria.a.palmer@us.army.mil At the Symposium, you will have five minutes to present. If you don’t want to present, but still want to share, Victoria will present for you. How easy is that? Marketing materials now on brand central under the Army Sports section • Four national message posters • One customizable poster (11x17 and 8.5x11) • One digital advertisement • Six web banners with various sizes • The promotional guidebook • The Strong B.A.N.D.S. logo to incorporate in various newsletters/announcements/etc. Expect to receive printed promotional materials in mid-April.
