1. The defendant’s unopposed motion to continue the sentencing, ECF No.

490, is granted. The sentencing is rescheduled for November 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.

2. The government’s unopposed motion, ECF No. 489, to extend the

deadline to respond to the motion for judgment of acquittal is granted. The

deadline is extended to October 18, 2021.
