reach Council will sponsor its an-
nual fund raiser on Saturday,
April 9, at Vitarelli’s Grand Ball-
room in Oaklyn.
Founded in May 2006, the Cher-
ry Hill Food and Outreach Coun-
cil, a non-profit organization, is
dedicated to alleviating the grow-
ing problem of hunger. The food
pantry, which is housed in St.
Michael Lutheran Parish House
at 102 Chapel Ave. in Cherry Hill,
and staffed by volunteers, assists
350 family units per month.
CHFOC consists of eight church-

Hunger affects many of us, ei-
ther directly or indirectly. The

who lose their job due to illness,
and those with jobs but income
