Technical features:

• Single-phase input supply 120/208/240 VAC – Frequency 50/60Hz.


• Different power supply voltages available on request.
• New electronic controller with AP070 card with microprocessor. 4 LEDs signalling the
charge status or possible faults.
• Lab-tested electronic circuit conforming to Directive on Electromagnetic Compatibility
and CE marking.
• 12/24/36 V rated voltages adjustable by jumpers and with 2.40V/cell automatic
threshold setting.
• Time-controlled gas charging phase, adjustable by DIP switch (3 hours as standard).
• Foreseen charging time: 8÷9 hours (without Equalizing charge).
• The Equalizing charge is automatically performed 60 minutes after the last charge
cycle.
• The normal charge and the Equalizing charge will be performed for 16 hours max.
• DIP switches to select and adjust the charging parameters:
1. Autostart
2. Final charge time
3. Quick test
4. Equalizing charge
5. Proportional charge
6. Charge reset due to battery disconnection

• Polycarbonate plate with symbols easy and immediate to interpret.
• Complete switching off of charger, if it is disconnected from battery during the
charging process.
• Charging with decreasing current until a voltage of 2.40V/cell is reached and the gas
charging phase begins (adjustable).
• Time-controlled gas charging phase, adjustable by DIP switch (3 hours as standard).
• Foreseen charging time: 8÷9 hours (without Equalizing charge).
• The Equalizing charge is automatically performed 60 minutes after the last charge
cycle.
• The normal charge will be performed for 12 hours max.
• LEDs signalling the charging stages of failures, if any.
• Four-digit LCD with 12 multifunctional symbols displaying the charging data recalled
by pushing the ON/OFF button:
1. current delivered in real time
2. instantaneous voltage at battery terminals
3. initial battery voltage at the beginning of charging process
4. end of charge battery voltage
