recommend a policy based on the findings of the study.

be interviewing selected personnel of Cordillera who were administratively charged and
were found guilty. I will be using blended data gathering. Some research participants will
be met face to face, especially for Baguio and La Trinidad, but the others shall be
contacted through their email addresses, Viber and Facebook Messenger. No one will
be forced to participate in this study. All participants may be allowed to withdraw their
statement at any stage of the study. Rest assured that I will be following all ethical
