MR. ALEX T. BARTOLOME

Welding and Repair Shop
Rizal, Nueva Ecija

Dear Sir,

As an aspiring welder, I would like to formally apply and

undergo my work immersion as a welder. I am very pleased and
interested to be part of your staff as I will be glad to impart
my gained knowledge and experiences in order to enhance the
students’ efficiency and capability.

I believe that my instructional abilities acquired from my formal

education suit the requirements for a welder position.

I am currently studied at Asia Pacific College of Business and

Arts under TVL – INDUSTRIAL ARTS track.

I hope you find my education and experience worthwhile as a

possible candidate to be a molder of today’s youth.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to
speaking with you in the near future.

Sincerely,

PATRICK C. SUBAD

APPLICANT
REFLECTION

Prior to actual work, we were already trained and taught

different theories in dealing with our clients and community.

Those enduring times were worth enough to equip me to the

training ground of internship.

Being a Student - Trainee taught me a lot of things which

can be very beneficial in my chosen career. What I learned is our

chosen career is no difficult from any ordinary job. You need to

have a strong stress tolerance.

What I learned best and tried to put into my heart was time

management and punctuality. One of the good qualities of a

professional was he/she knew how to budget time and always arrive

on time. It was a deep conviction that changed and still changing

me to possess the said traits.

Lastly, I realize everyone has its own role to play its not

on how great he performs but on how he tried to perform. My

internship and our program taught me a lot to live not only for

myself but also with others.

Indeed, doing a great job in a great place is an advantage

for us to enhance our own skills and to make a job well done but

sometimes in a certain point not everything that we want is

always available. For example, if we badly needed some tools and

specific equipment but it isn’t available in our own workplace,

what should we need to do? Sometimes that is our own common

problem that we encountered. And I think that what need to do is

to become more creative and see the silver lining in our own

problem. Because that is what makes us an efficient and effective

worker.

By glancing in this report, you will have a glimpse of what

took place during my internship period- the learning and

experiences which are bitter yet fruitful; the hardships and

struggles I’ve gone through as I strive to reach my goal of

becoming a welder; the memories that will forever remain carved

in my heart; and the fulfilment and the joys of my experiences.

I’d be happy to share with you all these experiences in

my journey and may you also be inspired to follow the steps of

our great teacher- Jesus Christ.

RECOMMENDATION
For the students who will undergo work immersion in the

scenario may having a good management. And always alert

and enthusiastic.
