CONCLUSIONS
Dominant fungi harbored on seeds of Jatropha are species of Aspergillus and Penicillium with 54.5% and 18.8% occurrences, respectively. Seeds inoculated with Aspergillus sp.CRO12 and CRO13 resulted to 20-40% germination, about 15-20% reduction in seedling height and root length. Aspergillus sp. CRO7 caused 12.17% reduction in oil during the second week of storage, 22.04% and 30.14% for the third and fourth week, respectively.
