Dear Candidate,

We thank you for responding to our advertisement in Employment News dated 15 January 2011 for the Direct
Recruitment of Category II Posts.

You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with Ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to
the test centre.
You should reach the test centre / venue at the reporting time mentioned overleaf. Latecomers will not be
permitted to appear in the test.
Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes, books, calculator or mobile phones, etc. in the Test
Centre Campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in
copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.

After the examination is over, hand over the question booklet and answer sheet to the room invigilator. DO NOT
carry the question booklet or any part thereof outside the examination hall. Doing so is a punishable offence.

The duration of the test is 90 minutes. Question paper will consist of 90 multiple choice questions
on General Accounting and Finance. Each question carries one mark. There will be no negative
marking for wrong answers.

In the event of your being short listed on the basis of marks secured in the written test you will have to appear
for Group Discussion and Personal Interview before the FCI Selection Board.

It may be noted that the said call letter to provisionally short-listed candidates for Group Discussion/Personal
Interview and relevant attachment(s) would be uploaded on the website about one
month after the date of written test. The candidates will be required to download the same from the website.
Call Letters will not be sent individually to the candidates.

Candidate has to keep the lower part of the written test admit card with him / her after it is signed by the
Invigilator and bring the same along with him / her while appearing for the Group Discussion and Personal
Interview, if short-listed.


Answer sheets are scanned by machine to compute the scores. Accuracy in scoring is dependent on the
examinees marking their answer sheets properly. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict
adherence to the following instructions:

1. Every question has four answer options. Mark the answer option number by darkening only the
corresponding oval on the answer sheet using HB pencil.
2. Shade only one oval because in case you shade more than one oval the answer will be treated as
3. The method of shading the oval has been indicated in "Important Instructions" on Side-1 of the Answer
Sheet and these must be strictly followed.
4. If you wish to change any answer, erase completely the one already marked by you and darken the
fresh oval using an HB pencil.

5. Do not tear, bend or mutilate the Answer Sheet.
