JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Execution):-

• Fabrication & Erection of spools.

• Study of plot plan, GAD, P&ID & isometrics.

• Hydro testing pack, Hydro test loop marking on P&ID, Isometrics & planning to execute the
erecting in order to complete hydro test, Mechanical completion of lines in association with
Engineers India Limited.(EIL). & controlling field construction activities at site.

• Supervision planning & Scheduling, progress Monitoring Quality Control, Monitoring

activities of contractor & subcontractor.

• I am responsible for supervision of A/G & U/G piping.

• Material co-ordination like erection spools from fabrication shop, Reconciliation & final
handed over at site for production.

• I am responsible for supervision of project.

GENERAL:-
• Interpretation of drawings & guiding the contractors to execute the work.
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per standards, drawings, maintaining quality & safety.

• Make necessary QC documents.

• Supervision the work & give necessary clarification to contractors as required.

• Make day-to –day planning & monitor the progress. At site.

• Arrange stage wise inspection as required & get clearance from competent authority.

• Scrutinize contractors’ bills & submit to site in charge.

MATERIAL HANDLING:-
 Receiving & storing material like AS, CS, SS pipes, Material, fittings etc. for pipe work
fabrication.

AS, CS, & SS PIPING FABRICATION, ERECTION & TESTING.:-

• Prefabrication & fabrication of pipes & pipe fittings as per Isometric drawings.

• Erection of pipes area wise as per Isometrics drawings.

• Following piping standards for fabrication, erection & welding of all lines.

• After completing erection of all pipe lines, performing out pressure tests (Hydraulic) as per testing
schedule & standards provided by Quality person.

Job Activities (QA/QC):-

Looking after the following work:-

• Quality of welding electrodes,
• Visual Inspection of fit up pipe joint & coils,
• Weld Visual Inspection of pipe joint & coils,
• Monitoring of Preheating and Stress Reliving of pipe joint, coils and maintaining
records,

• Knowledge of DFT,
• Wrapping, coating & Holiday test,
