I was in his lap as he ran his hand through my hair. We need as much time together as possible. I was going threw with the plan to help Tyler and Chelsea. Mostly because they p romised me two tickets to see Panic at the Disco plus fifty bucks. Twenty extra if I don’t complain the entire week. I couldn’t turn that down. I gave Leo a kiss before getting up. “Want a drink?” “Sure, surprise me,” I smiled and grabbed two root beers. “Happy birthday!” I said handing him the can. “Thanks babe,” “You guys! Dance with me,” Blake whined. Leo got up and Blake led us to the dance floor. We danced together and had a good time until Mitch came over. “Hey guys,” he grinned not looking at Blake at all. “Sup?” Leo asked giving him a man hug. “Having fun?” he asked. “Tons!” I said fist pumping. Mitch laughed. “Great, talk to you guys later,” Mitch walked the opposite way of Blake. Blake gave me a look and sighed. “Give him some time,” “How much time?” “A lot. Straight guys do not like finding out they’re gay,” Leo said placing his hand on my back. I giggled. “You should know,” “Shut up,” Blake said breaking us up. “Leave room for Jesus!” Leo and I pushed him out the way and danced closer together to bother him. Around nine o’clock my mom came to pick Leo, Blake and I up. We all said good bye to Mitch and hurried to her car. “How was it?” my mom asked as I climbed into the front seat. “Good,” I smiled. “Good,” she grinned. ***** The next morning I got ready to go bowling with Leo. His mom picked me up and dropped us off. After two games she came back and took us to my house. Leo and I hung out by the pool and made out a little. *Tyler’s Point Of View* Chelsea and I were in her room talking about school and how sweet school was goi ng to be. I was ‘dating’ a beautiful girl, no one seconded guessed us, Chelsea was cheer capta in and I was the captain of the football, basketball, and lacrosse team. Plus, w e were both hot. Senior year was going to be cake. “I’ll be right back,” I said as Chelsea flipped opened the keypad to text her man. She nodded her head as a slow smile came to her face. I walked to the kitchen and filled a glass with milk. I took a glop as I looked out the window. There she was with him. They were making out by the pool. They would pull away slowly and smile at each other, then kiss again. I forced myself to calm down. Ryan was going to be my girl for a week. Maybe then my creepy crush on her will end. I realized that I had the hots for Ryan in fifth grade, when I had my first girl friend.
I compared her to Ryan all the time, since then I’ve been comparing girls to Ryan. No one was as amazing or beautiful as her. Chelsea doesn’t know about my crush on her. Ryan’s my best friend’s sister. Chelsea made it clear to every man to back off her sister. Chelsea’s bite is just as bad as her bark. I sighed and put my glass in the sink. One week of being Ryan’s girlfriend. I smiled and headed up stairs. *Ryan’s Point Of View* Today was Monday. Great… I rolled out of bed and walked to my closet. I looked over at Tyler to find him still asleep. That was my ‘boyfriend’ for a week? Oh gosh. “I’m here to make you hot,” Chelsea said walking into my room, still in her footy paja mas. She picked out my clothes, skinny jeans and a close fitting shirt. “Can you please where the boots?” she asked. “Whatever, get out,” I said closing the door on her. I pulled on my clothes and looked over at Tyler. He was looked back at me in only jeans. I gave him the head nod and pulled on my boots. As I left for the bathroom I grabbed my book bag. I fixed my hair and makeup. I wore waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Once I was done I joined my mommy downstairs. “Don’t you look nice,” she said smiling. “Thanks,” I grinned. “What’s the occasion?” “Leo,” I lied. She smiled at me and handed my breakfast. “Now, we’re sisters,” Chelsea said. I rolled my eyes and quickly eat. The guys walked in all at once. “You look…” Marcus started. “Sexy!” Blake and Tyler said together. I shook my head. “Thanks, let’s rock and roll this party,” I said walking pass them. “Bye mom!” I called. “Bye,” she yelled after me. Marcus drove me to school and I let the guys in on the plan. They both pinky promised me to not tell anyone. You can not break a pinky promise. Blake and I walked to my locker and there was Leo. I blinked back tears. He looked me up and down before hugging me. “I don’t think I can do this,” “Only a week,” I whispered kissing him. As we pulled away Tyler and Chelsea walked by. I nodded at them and Tyler winked at me. I guess I should get used to those. ****** The periods flew by and now it was lunch. I walked into the cafeteria, fuming. “What is this?” I yelled at Leo handing him my phone. He looked at the screen and his eyes grew big. “Um…a text,” “To Wendy? Who the hell is Wendy? Last time I check my name was Ryan!” “Baby-” he started. “Don’t baby me! If you didn’t want to be with me anymore then just tell me!”
“Fine! I don’t want to be with you anymore! You’re bossy and a hardhead. You never lis ten to me and if I have to listen to you bitch one more time I will kill myself,” Tears began to form. “Go to hell!” I screamed running out of the cafeteria. I felt all eyes on me until the doors slammed. “Are you okay?” I deep voice asked. “Yeah, I’m crying for fun,” Tyler placed a hand on my shoulder. “Ryan,” I turned around and hugged him. Tyler slowly wrapped his arms around me. He smelled really good. Now, I get why girls like to hug him. Tyler did give really good hugs. I smiled and pulled away. “You okay?” “Yeah,” I said whipping my eyes. Tyler looked around and smiled at me. “You were amazing,” “Thanks,” I said cockily. He chuckled. “Ready for the big finally?” I nodded my head and laced our fingers together. All eyes were on us. I felt like I was on a stage and the light was shinning on us. Tyler wrapped his arm around my waist while I hugged his waist. We walked over m y sister’s table and sat down. His friends smirked at me and nodded theirs heads in approval. “Who’s the hottie?” one of them asked eyeing me. Chelsea glared at him and he put his hands in the air. “I called them like I see t hem,” he said. “Guys, this is Ryan, Chelsea’s sister,” Everyone greeted me and I smiled and waved. “Looks like little sister is filling big sister’s shoes,” one of Chelsea’s friends, Bria nna, said. I shook my head. “No,” Tyler wrapped his arm around me and smiled down at me. It almost looked like he meant it. His smiled wasn’t fake or forced it was pure. I smiled back, not wanting our moment to end. “So, Ryan, I thought you hated Tyler,” Savanna said. She was one of Chelsea’s friends. I didn’t like her. She was a stuck up bitch. I glared at her. “My love was guised as hate,” “Yeah okay,” she said rolling my eyes. “Can you get me a water?” I asked. She sighed and got up. I smirked. “Don’t get too power hungry,” Chelsea said. Remember how I said that whoever dated Tyler or Chelsea was instantly popular an d respected around the school. Well, since, Tyler and I are “dating” people have to do as I say. “Would I do that?” Tyler and the others laughed. “Here” Savanna said throwing down the water bottle. “Is that anyway to treat Chelsea’s little sister and Tyler’s new girl?” Savanna sighed. “I meant, here you go,” this time she handed me the bottle. “Thanks,” I smiled as Tyler pulled my close to him. “You smell really good,” I whispered to him. Tyler chuckled and kissed my forehead. A smile came to my face and I looked over at Chelsea. She gave me a smile. The rest of the day went by slowly. Everyone was shocked at Leo and I breaking up and Tyler and I getting together. Girls envied me and guys congratulated Tyler on his “score”. As the day went on I began to miss Leo. I saw him on my way to my class and I felt bad for him. He just watched me walk
away with Tyler. This week was going to be a whole lot harder than I thought… I walked into my Bio class and sat in the back to piss of Ms. Jones. Leo walked in with Anna. They were smiling and flirting with each other. I sent him a quick glare and gave me one back. I knew that glare, it was the “stop trying to piss people off glare”. I rolled my eyes at him as he sat next to her. Ms. Jones walked in and sighed once she saw me. She opened her mouth but I cut h er off. “Don’t tell me to move. I reassure you that I can hear you just fine,” “How would you like a detention?” “For what? Freedom of speech?” Ms. Jones rolled her eyes and picked up her piece of chalk. She was the only teacher that was teaching us anything. She even gave us homewor k. Ugh! The bell rang and I jumped out of my seat. “Now I know why you broke up with her, Leo,” Evan said walking passed me. I glared daggers at him. “Bitch!” I yelled. He was still pissed that I didn’t go out with him. Hands went around my waist and I forced a smile. “Hey babe,” Tyler whispered in my ear. “Hey,” I said as he kissed my cheek. I gave him a look and he just winked. Tyler laced our fingers together and walked to my locker. “Why did you kiss me?” I asked smiling. Even through we were in the hallway people didn’t care what we said. They just wan ted to see a happy smile. “Because you’re my girlfriend,” “Fake girlfriend,” “Aw, don’t be like that babe,” I squeezed his hand a little harder. “I don’t want you kissing me,” “Okay, you’re hurting me,” I let go once I reached my locker and Tyler massaged his hand. “Man up,” I said taking out my things. “Man down,” he snapped at me. “Someone needs to have the balls in this relationship,” Tyler glared at me and I winked at him. “I’m taking you home,” “Ew, why?” “We’re dating,” “Oh yeah,” I rolled my eyes. *Tyler’s Point Of View* Ryan wasn’t getting this whole ‘we’re dating thing’. She drives me crazy in ways I can’t explain. As she stuffed her things in her locker I admired her beauty. She was a sight. I let my eyes wonder down her sexy body to her ass. “What?” she snapped. “Nothing, honey,” She shook her head. “Let’s go,” Ryan walked ahead of me and I watched her butt as she walked. I smirked and caught up to her. I placed my hand on her ass and smiled. She looked up at me with that look in her eye. I simply smiled as we walked out of the school. I saw Leo standing by the school doors talking to a girl.
He saw us and glared at me. Understood, my hand was on his girl’s ass. Once we got into my car Ryan punched me in my shoulder. “Do. Not. Touch. My. Ass. Again.” She said. I laughed and started the car. I drove her home and walked into her house. “Gross!” Ryan yelled. I laughed as Logan and Chelsea stopped making out. “Sorry,” Chelsea said as the doors opened again. Blake and Leo walked in. “What’s he doing here?” Logan asked looking at Leo. “I came for my things,” “I burned them,” Ryan said. She was a really good actress. “Then you can kiss your things good bye,” Leo said walking out. Ryan followed him. *Ryan’s Point Of View* “Sorry,” I whispered to him. “Text me,” he kissed me on the lips before leaving. I slammed the door and walked back into the living room. “We need to talk,” Tyler said taking my hand and dragging me into the kitchen. “What?” I snapped ripping my arm away from his grasp. “We need to talk about this fake relationship thing,” “What about it?” “I should be able to touch when I want to,” “No,” I snapped. “The ass is off limits,” “Why?” “Why do you care?” Panic came to his face but he quickly recomposed himself. “I’m you’re boyfriend aren’t I ?” “You’re going to have to earn the right to touch my butt. Leo just got that right a month ago. I don’t like guys touching my butt because it’s disrespectful. I’m a human being not a grope toy,” I snapped. “Fine! But we’re going to need some body language or I could kiss you,” he winked. “Yeah not happening,” I said. “You know you want to kiss me,” he said closing the space between us. My eye flicker to his lips then to his eyes. He’s beautiful hazel eyes that seemed to sparkle. The sexy smirk on his lips slowl y grew bigger as he lowed his lips to mine. “Not going to happen,” I said backing away. He frowned. “Your loss, but seriously, we need something to prove that we’re going o ut,” “I’ll go as far as hand holding and hugging,” I said sternly. “Deal,” he said patting my shoulder like I was one of the boys. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the bag of grapes and walked to my room. I opened the door and Leo was sitting there grinning at me. “Thanks for leaving the window open,” I grinned. “I didn’t know Logan was coming over to today,” “It’s fine, baby,” he said hugging me. “You smell like Anna,” I said frowning. “Yeah, about that,” he said running his hand threw his hair. “She likes me, a lot and I have to pretend to be interested in her,” I rolled my eyes. “Hugs only,” “You too, I don’t like Tyler touching you,” “How do you think I feel? I talked to him about my butt, by the way, have no fear,” “Good, I just got that right,” he said smacking my butt.
I laughed and gave him a quick kiss. “Miss me?” “Yeah,” he said wrapping his arms around me and kissed me. I moved myself into his lap letting myself get lost in the kiss. We smiled as our lips moved faster and our tongues met each other. “Ew!” Chelsea yelled as she walked into my room. I rolled my eyes. “Knock next time!” I snapped. “He’s not supposed to be here. Logan went home early, you’re lucky,” “Whatever, I haven’t seen him all day can you leave now?” “No, I wanted to tell you that he can’t be sneaking around here. M friends will be h anging out here and they want to see Ryan and Tyler together,” I rolled my eyes. “Well I have homework,” “We do homework together,” Tyler said walking into my room. “Nice room,” I rolled my eyes and looked at Chelsea. “This is being a little unfair,” “Is that a complaint?” Tyler asked. “I hope so, I need twenty dollars,” “It was a fact not a complaint,” I said. “Come on guys, I want to see my girl,” Leo said wrapping his arms around me. I smiled at him and I think I saw a hint of jealousy in Tyler. “Boo who, it’s only f or a week, you’ll get her back,” Leo glared at him. “Don’t touch my girlfriend,” “She’s my girlfriend now, son,” “Guys! Ry it’s one week, it will go by like that,” she said snapping on that. “Leo can s top by at six when everyone is gone, unless, Logan stays a little longer,” “Ew,” I muttered. “Get you’re mind out the gutter!” she snapped. I rolled my eyes and laughed. “Okay, I get it one week of no Leo and a whole lot o f Tyler. I want those tickets!” “You’ll get them,” she reassured me. “Now, we’ll leave you to your actives,” “Use protection,” “Nah, they get in my way,” I said as I kissed Leo. *Ryan’s Point Of View* Chelsea and I walked down stairs to the living room and watched T.V. I could hear Ryan’s giggling from here. What could they be doing? Chelsea saw me looking at Ryan’s bed room door. “They’re not doing it, relax,” I chuckled. “Like I care what they’re doing,” She gave me a look. “Listen, if you like my sister…” I laughed. “Me? Like your sister? Ryan? No!” She smiled. “Good,” I opened my phone and pretended to read a text. “My mom wants me home,” I lied. “Later handsome,” “Bye baby,” I said hugging her. As I closed the door I watched Miss. Allen pull into the drive way. “Hello Tyler,” she smiled at me. “Hey pretty lady,” She smiled. “Always the charmer,”. I winked at her as I walked over to my house. My parents were still at work so I headed to my room. I flopped on the bed and looked out the window. There was Ryan and Leo slow dancing. They were laughing and talking with each ot her. Anger rose inside of me and I closed the blinds. Stupid Leo! I worked on a few personal things for the rest of the night. I didn’t have any wor k. I went to bed rather late. *****
“You left me here for all these days then ripped apart my pride! Take my place and look inside, gotta find a place to hide, hide lost my faith…” My alarm clock basted early in the morning. I ignored it and let it play. After five or so songs I slowly got up. I ran my fingers threw my hair getting ride of the bed head. I stood up and pulled on a pair of jeans on the floor. As I did I looked over and saw Ryan in her bra and underwear. I couldn’t stop myself from staring. She slipped on a skirt, which was pretty short, and a V neck top. I smiled and walked over to my closet. I pulled on a white tee shirt and pulled on a button up top. I left the buttons opened and walked into the bathroom. After my morning routine I headed over to The Allen’s house. Miss. Allen was drinking her daily coffee and read the paper. “Hello beautiful,” I said to Miss. Allen. “Good morning Tyler,” she said without looking up. I smirked and gave Chelsea a hug. “You hot,” she said. “As you,” I said as Blake and Marcus walked in. “Hey babe,” Blake grinned as Ryan walked down the stairs. “Yo,” she said hugging him. She saw me and rolled her eyes. “You look hot,” I whispered to her. Chelsea saw and gave me a look. “Looking good as always Miss. Allen,” Marcus said. “Work the nightgown Miss. A, work it!” Blake said. I chuckled. “Ready?” Marcus asked Ryan. “Yeah,” she said picking up her book bag showing off her nice bottom. Chelsea and I linked arms and followed them outside. Logan was outside waiting for Chelsea, already. Ryan got into my car and Blake a nd Marcus got into Marcus’s car. “Dream about me?” I asked as we drove off. “Yeah, you were hanging off a cliff,” “Thanks,” I muttered. She grinned and turned up the radio. “Sitting in this room playing Russian roulettes. Finger on the trigger to my dear Juliet. Out from the window see her back drop silhouette, this blood on my hands is something I cannot forget...” she sang softly. “You like Escape the Fate?” I asked. “Love them,” she grinned. “Leo doesn’t, I’m working on him,” “I have tickets to see their show, want to tag along,” “You have two?” “Yeah, I was going to take Chelsea…” She laughed her magical laugh. “Chelsea won’t go,” “Figured,” I laughed. “I’ll go, when and where?” “Saturday in New Jersey, Seven o’clock,” “Deal,” I grinned. “Can’t wait,” I suddenly wanted it to be Saturday, the more time with Ryan the harder I fall. We reached school and got out of the car. I reach for her hand but she rejected. “Couple,” I remembered her and she grabbed my hand. I walked closer to her and smiled down on her. Damn I was falling fast. She smiled up at me with a fake smile. She stared into my eyes and she smiled became genuine. Ryan blinked and shook her head. “Let’s go,”
After hanging out with Ryan and my friends Blake stole her away. The guys and I started to instantly talk about her. “I don’t know guys, I might break if off,” “Why?” they asked in shock. “Dude, you have to date her for at least two months,” “What?” I asked more happy then surprised. “Yeah, you won’t be number one without her. Two months will claim your ground,” I smiled. “Sounds good with me,” “What?” I whispered loudly. Tyler and Chelsea were going to die. Tyler told me I had to date him for two months. Hell no! “Find another girl!” I said. “We can’t,” Chelsea said. “We’re in too deep,” “You promised me a week!” “Listen, you’ll double your pay,” Tyler said. “I want Leo!” “Not so loud,” Chelsea said. We were right outside the cafeteria doors. “I don’t care!” “Ryan, please,” Tyler pleaded. The look in his eyes mad me give in. “Whatever,” I sighed and grabbed his hand and walked back in the cafeteria. He laced our fingers together and I smiled to fool everyone. Tyler and I sat down with Blake. He was staring at Mitch with a hint of sadness on his face. “He’ll come around,” I said smiling at him. “When is that?” he asked. “Soon?” I tried. “Forget it. So, how are you two?” he asked. I rolled my eyes. “We’re good,” I grinned. Blake laughed and Tyler rolled his eyes. “She’ll start loving me soon,” “Yeah right,” I said stealing his fries. He glared at me and I stuck out my tongue. Tyler smirked. “Is that an invitation?” “Nope,” I smiled and looked at Blake. “Do you have the Bio homework?” “Didn’t do it?” “Yup” I grinned. He took it out of his book bag and handed it to me. Blake had Ms. Jones before I had her with Leo. “Thanks man,” I said copying his answers. “So, Blake, how do I get Ryan to kiss me?” Tyler asked. I glared at Tyler. “I really don’t like you,” Tyler pulled me into a hug and I hugged back. “Aw,” Blake said. “Now, that’s a Christmas card,” We all laughed and I went back to my copying. The bell rang and the three of us walked to gym class. The first marking period we had those stupid health testing things. So basically all we did was run two laps around the track and do push ups and crunches. Then played “team building” games. Gym was so much fun. Sarcasm. Blake’s Point Of View Leo and I walked to our next class together. I had math and he had Bio. He reached his class before I did leaving me alone.
As I walked I saw Mitch. He was kissing a girl but then he pulled away. “What’s wrong babe?” she asked. “Nothing, I just…I’m going to be late,” he said walking away. I quickly caught up to him. “Mitch,” He looked at me and kept on walking. “Listen,” I said grabbing his arm. “I know you’re a little freaked out about our…thing, bu t you’re going to have-” Mitch cut me off with his lips colliding with mine. He pulled me closer to him and I wrapped my arms around his waist. Mitch ran his fingers through my hair and nibbled on my lower lip. Our tongues met and I pulled him closer. Mitch pulled away as the bell rang. Our foreheads leaned together and our breathing was hard. His breath ticketed my face. Butterflies filled my stomach as I held him tight. I didn’t want to loose him again. “I should go,” Mitch stuttered. Before he left I gave him a nice long passionate kiss. “Bye handsome,” I said. He smirked at me as he walked away. Thank you JeNiKA_ScReAmO_ for the book cover :) I glared at the back of Anna’s head as she passed notes with Leo. She would giggle and quickly write back. What were they saying. The bell rang and everyone escaped the room. I walked to my locker and Tyler was there with his back against it. He was talking to a friend of his, Evan. Nice guy. “Hey guys,” I smiled. “Hey beautiful,” Tyler said hugging me. I hugged back and breathed in his scent. He smelled so good. We pulled away and Evan smiled at me. Tyler moved out of my way so I could open my locker. “When does practice end tonight?” Evan asked. “Seven I think,” Tyler muttered. “Football?” “No, art class,” Tyler said sarcastically. Evan laughed. “I love how nice you are to your girl,” “She’s knows I’m only joking,” Tyler winked. I tried not to flip him off and to smiled. Evan bought it. “I’ll catch you later,” he said. “Later,” Tyler called. “I hate you,” I said closing my locker. “and I’m madly in love with you,” Tyler joked reaching for my hand. I took it and we laced our fingers together. His warm hand warmed up mine was we walked to the parking lot. “So, are you coming on today?” I asked. “I have football,” he said. “Right, so does that mean someone else can come over?” Tyler rolled his eyes. “Ask you’re sister,” I grinned as we got into the car. Tyler started her up and speed to my house. Once there Tyler walked me to the door. I gave him a quick hug then we parted. “Chelsea?” I called. No answer. I texted her and asked if Leo could come over.
She said only for an hour. That’s when cheer practice is over. Score! I called Leo and he was here in about ten minutes. “Hey sugar,” he said kissing me. “you’re lips taste like cherry lipstick,” He sighed and gave me a sad look. “Anna kissed me and by that I mean she kissed me ! I didn’t kiss back,” I gave him a sad look. “I hate this,” “So do I,” he said hugging me. “No more kissing other girls please,” “Deal,” he smiled as Blake walked in. “Knock much?” I sighed. “You should lock your front door. I have major news!” he said dancing around my livi ng room. “What?” I laughed sitting in Leo’s lap. “Mitch kissed me! and damn, that boy can kiss,” “What?” Leo and I said together shocked. “I thought he was ignoring you,” Leo said. “Turns out he’s just confused. I think he really likes me guys, he’s just afraid of wh at people might say,” “I’m happy for you, Blake,” I smiled. “Thanks,” he said sitting on top of me. We all laughed. The hour came and went and Leo left. Blake and I hurried to my room before my sister got here. ****** The next morning I woke up to my radio blasting AFI’s Girls Not Grey. I slowly rose on my elbows and looked at the time. I could sleep for five more minutes. I rested my head on my pillow and closed my eyes. I saw Leo. He smiled at me and ran over. I skipped over to him and he ran right passed me. Devastated, I turned around and watched him kiss Anna. Tears fell down my cheeks as I watched hopelessly. Arms wrapped around me and there was Tyler. He smiled down at me and the sensory changed. We were on a beach and the sun was rising. Tyler ran his hand through my hair and leaned down. Our lips centimeters away. I jumped up and rolled out of bed. I fell to the floor and cursed under my breath. As I stood up I rubbed my sore butt. I ran my hand through my hair and took a deep breath. Just a dream Ryan, I told myself. I opened my windows and there was Tyler just getting up. I admired his body for a second before remembering my nightmare. I turned away and took off my pajamas and threw them on my bed. As I picked out my clothes I felt eyes on me. I looked out the window and there was Tyler in just jeans, staring at me. He was took busy drooling to notice. I walked over the window and closed it. The shocked look on his face was priceless. I walked down stairs and joined my sister and my mom at the kitchen table for br eakfast. Marcus and Blake walked in the house with Tyler trailing behind him. I glared at him and just shrugged.
“Ready?” Marcus asked turning away from my mother. “Yup. Later losers, bye mommy,” I said grabbing my book bag. Tyler and Chelsea came out after us and I hopped into Tyler’s car. He got in and smacked him in the head. “Ow! What was that for?” he yelled. “Don’t peep on my when I’m changing you creeper!” “Close you’re windows,” “Don’t open yours,” “Don’t-” “Drive the damn car,” I said cutting him off. He put the car in drive and speed after the others. Once we reached school Tyler and I put aside our anger and acted like a couple. He wrapped his arm around me and I did the same. We smiled and walked to my locker. As I got my stuff out he smiled at me. “Stop staring creeper,” I muttered. He chuckled and looked away. Once I got my stuff we joined Chelsea and Logan. Tyler was in back of me and I was leaning against him. His arms were around my waist and his chin was on my shoulder. He smelled so good. His rough cheek was against mine. I felt him staring at me as I laughed to Logan’s joke. I looked over at him and he was staring at me. I smiled at him and he smiled bac k. He rested his forehead against mind. “You look beautiful,” he whispered to me. “Aw,” everyone gushed at the sight of us. I think I blush as I pulled away. “Kiss!” Evan shouted. Everyone chanted along with him. Chelsea gave Tyler a weird look and I panicked on the inside. Tyler smirked at me and gave me a little peck on the lips, sending butterflies i n my stomach. The bell rang and I grabbed my book bag. “Later guys,” I said before rushing to homeroom. Tyler jogged after me and wrapped his arm around me. He kissed my head as we walked down the hallway. Once we turned the corner I broke away from him and whipped my mouth. “Did you really have to kiss me?” “I never back down from a challenge,” he smirked. I rolled my eyes. “Later boyfriend,” He smiled and kissed my cheek. I walked into my homeroom and sat at my desk. I stared at the clock and hoped that twenty minutes well fly by. “So, did you ask him out yet?” “No, not yet, he’s still sad about that break up,” Anna said. Her friend, Riana, rolled her eyes. “I still don’t get what he saw in her,” she said s ending me a nasty look. I balled my fist and ignored her. “Me neither. I’m so much prettier than her and I’m not a complete bitch,” One more insult and I will beat the shit out of her. “She’s probably thinks she’s so hot now that she’s dating Tyler Stone,” “She dresses like a shank now,” Anna said looking over at me. That’s it! “You know, when you talk shit about someone it would help to not look at them,” I sn apped. The two girls just glared at me. “What are you going to do?” Riana challenged. “Dare to find out?” I asked standing up. Anna walked closer to me. We were inches away glaring at each other.
Everyone seemed to stop and stare. “Girls, take a seat,” the homeroom teacher said. Riana back down and so did Anna. I smirked and sat back down in my seat. Anna and Riana were still whispering and looking at me. The bell rang and I quickly followed them out of the room. “I told you to stop talking about me,” and before Anna could give me a smartass comm ent I punched her. I continued to punch the shit out her as a crowd formed. Arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me away. “Let me at her!” I said trying to escape his strong grip on me. He led me out of the crowd and to an empty class room. “Let me go,” “Ryan,” Tyler said. “What the hell?” “She was talking shit about me,” He rolled his eyes. “You’re always looking for a fight,” “Don’t mess with the bull if you can’t handle the horns,” He sighed. “Are you okay?” “You’re asking the wrong person that,” He chuckled and wrapped his arm around me. “Yeah, I figured,”. As I walked into my first period class I was called down to the office. Great… I walked into the office and into the principal’s office. Dr. Clark. “Hello, Ryan, sit,” she said. I sat down in front of her and she put away my file. She folded her hands together. “You’re one heck of a character,” “Thanks,” “You should be well aware of the school rules, yes? No fighting was one of them,” “She started it,” “I don’t care, it’s a rule. I know all about you, Ryan Allen, and I will not tolerate your disobedience. To make sure you understand that you’ll have two weeks of deten tion.” “Two weeks?” “Three?” “Three?” “Keep talking and you’re looking at six,” I sat back down in my chair, not remembering standing up. “Smart girl,” “This is totally unfair,” “You talking back is not helping,” “They started it, I told them to back off of me. They shouldn’t mess with the bull i s they can’t handle the horns,” “You should be applying that now,” “I’m not afraid of you,” “You should be. Eight weeks of detention everyday including Saturdays. I’ll see you at three o’clock today in room 101,” I grabbed the slip and stormed out of her office. “Get laid!” I yelled before walking back to my first period class. This sucks. “Stop laughing!” I yelled at Blake. I told him about my little episode this morning with Dr. I need a man. He thought it was the funniest thing ever. Asshole. “Sorry, but that’s what you get for causing trouble. It’s about time it’s nipped you in the ass,” “I’m going to nip you in the ass, if you don’t just shut up,” “Feisty,” Tyler said hugging my waist. I rolled my eyes. “Not in the mood,”
“What’s up buttercup?” he asked. “She got detention,” Blake giggled. “Shut it!” I snapped. “For beating up that chick?” Tyler asked. “Yeah, Dr. Clark hates me,” “Well, you do have a record,” Blake mumbled. “Thanks babe,” I muttered walking to my locker. Tyler caught up to me and took my hand. “Thanks for leaving me!” Blake yelled as we walked away. “So, I guess that means that after detention you get to see your man play football . So it’s a win – win,” “For who?” I muttered. “Me,” he said and kissed my cheek. I should have popped him right there but there were too many people. Instead I just smiled and swung are hands, like those cute cliché couples in the m ovies. As we got to my locker I realized that Leo was there, casually leaning against a random locker. The finally bell rang and the hallways were clear. He looked over at me and stormed over. “What the hell?” “I’ve miss you too,” “What did you do to Anna?” “More like what did she do to me? Hello?” “Why do you always have to cause trouble?” “She started it! I merely stood up for myself,” Leo sighed. “You give me headaches,” “Sorry,” I giggled. “What happened?” “She was talking about me and I told her to stop and she didn’t so I beat her up. Sh e got what she deserve, well half of it,” Tyler chuckled behind me. “Ignore Anna. She’s jealous that I’ll choose you over her any day,” I smiled. “Thanks baby,” “Anytime,” he said kissing me quickly. “I’ll see you in the cafeteria,” “Yeah,” I said as he walked away. I sighed and looked over at Tyler, “Ready to go?” “Yup,” he said linking arms with me. “We’re eating out today,” “Where too?” “You’ll see,” he smirked leading me out of the school. “We’ll have two cheeseburgers, a side of fires and a coke,” Tyler said to our waitress . She nodded her head before skating away. “Thanks for ordering before me,” I said sarcastically. “No problem, honey,” Tyler said grinning at me. I rolled my eyes and took out my phone to text Leo, at least I could do that her e. “Texting on our date?” Tyler gasped acting hurt. “Not a date,” I muttered before closing my phone. Tyler took my hands in his sending butterflies in my stomach. “This is a date. I’m p aying,”. “Just because you’re paying doesn’t mean it’s a date,” “Oh, but it does,” he winked. I rolled my eyes. “I swear you could flirt with a can of tuna,” “And the can of tuna would fall for me,”. “Ha!” I laughed. “Here you go, kids,” the waitress pull our plates down and skated away. I took my hands away from Tyler’s and dug in. I felt his eyes on me as I took a huge bit out of my cheese burger. “Attractive,” he smirked.
“Whatever,” I said with my mouthful. I didn’t realize how hungry I was until now. I put a few fries in my already full mouth and took a slip of my coke. “You are so hot…” I thought I heard Tyler mutter. “What did you say?” I asked whipping my mouth with a napkin. “Nothing,” he said and began to eat. I raised an eyebrow at him and continued to kill my burger. Moments later Tyler and I were finished eating. “Dessert?” he asked. “Sure,” I smiled as our waitress skated over. “Anything else?” she asked. “One Oreo milkshake with two straws,” Tyler looked at me and winked. I gave him a look. “Coming up,” she said before skating away. I replied to Leo’s text and smiled. Tyler took out his phone and texted as well. “Texting on our date?” I said mocking him. He smirked at me and put his phone away as mine buzzed on the table. I smiled and picked it up. ‘You look sexy – Tyler’. I glared at him and he simply laughed. Tyler took my hands again. “What?” I rolled my eyes as our milkshake came. “Here you go love birds,” I blushed and tired to pull my hands away from Tyler’s. He held on to them tighter and smiled at her. With his freehand, Tyler but in two straws and began to drink the milkshake. I glared at him. “Two straws,” He winked at me and he continued to drink. I rolled my eyes and joined him. After a while Tyler laced our fingers with each other. Butterflies built up in my stomach. I stop drinking and looked at my phone. “We should get going,” “Yeah,” he said as he took out his wallet. He paid the waitress and told her to keep the change. She thanked him and told him to hold on to me. I was a keeper. I blushed as Tyler nodded his head and took my head. As we walked to the car I felt Tyler’s gaze on me. Before we got to the car Tyler stopped. “We should kiss,” “Excuse me?” “Listen, my friends are ragging on me about not kissing you in public. We should j ust do it now so it’s easy later on,” “I don’t think so,”. “Come on Ry. I’ll promise to rock your world,”. “I’ll pass,” “Please,” he said wrapping his arms around me waist and pulled me close to him. I felt like I as no longer in control. Tyler rested his head against mine. “I dare you to kiss me,”. I blinked a few times before he brushed his lips against mine. Tyler smiled before placing his lips on mine. They seemed to move together perfectly. His warm soft lips felt like…heaven against mine. My world was indeed rocked. A car horn took me out of his trace and I pulled away. “Um…happy?” “Very,” he said smirking. I pulled out of his grasp and walked to his car. He opened the door for me and I climbed in. Tyler jogged over to his side and slid in. There was a grin on his face as he drove to school. Once we were there we wrapped our arms around each other. “There you are,” Chelsea said.
“Hi,” I said. “Where were you?” she asked. “Lunch date,” Tyler said. “Not a date,” I muttered. “Who paid?” That shut me up. “Could you a least tell me,” she said. “Sorry,” “Whatever,” she huffed and walked away. Tyler and I walked to my next class together. “I’ll see you after school,” “Maybe,” I winked. He grinned “Later,” I said before I could walked away Tyler grabbed my hand and pulled me into a kiss. It lasted for a brief moment. He winked at me before walking away. I shook my head before walking into my class. Nothing really happened, just note taking. The bell rang freeing me from my class and I raced to Bio. I need to see Leo. Blake’s Point Of View I waited for Mitch by his locker as the bell rang. He saw me and smiled. “Hey,”. “What’s up handsome,”. “Grabbing my math book,”. “I think we should see a movie together,”. “When?” he asked. “This weekend?” “Sounds good,”. I gave him a quick kiss. “It’s a date,”. Mitch pulled me in for another. “Later cutie,”. I grinned and walked to my next class. Ryan’s Point Of View This chick never stops talking! It’s been five minutes and it feels like an hour. I quietly banged my head against the desk. Something hit my head. I looked around and I saw Leo look at me. I smiled and looked at the piece on paper on the ground. I unrolled it and read it. ‘Stop being a drama queen’. I bit my lip so I wouldn’t giggle. I rolled up the note and looked over at him. He smiled and I winked. The minutes slowly went by and the bell rang. I ran out of the classroom and to my locker. “Hey, babe,” Tyler said. “Hey,” I muttered. He chuckled. “Ready for detention?” Shit.
