longer accept IMM Detainers and the 287g Program will
be
suspended. IMM will begin
to
send
notification holds
to
the
DSD
Records Supervisor email group. When a notification
is

10/24/2019, there will no longer be a scheduled IMM pick-up time. Lead Releaser: • Immigration
is
aware that they will be receiving various calls 24/7. Use the following contact numbers for those inmates that have an active IMM Notification
in
Offender Alert:
Monday
Friday 0600-1600 --
Monday
Friday 1600-0600, weekends & Holidays -
Inform the IMM Officer the name
of
the inmate & approximate time the inmate will be ready for pick up. Be mindful
of
where the inmate is housed. • Expire Offender Alert with who you spoke to along with date/time • The IMM Officer may tell you at that time they will not pick up,

so, also enter this info
