Business PC Support recommends using the FileZilla FTP Client. Filezilla is a open source (free) FTP client and can be downloaded from http://filezilla-project.org/ The FTP Protocol is useful if you need to transfer lots of large files or a large number of files. FTP allows you to easily queue files from various locations and have them uploaded sequentially to the Network Attached Storage.
