Pursuant to Section 1-24 of Title 48 of the Rules of the City of New York, if you choose to file an answer, your answer must be filed within eight days of service if the petition was served via personal delivery or thirteen days of service if the petition was served by mail, unless the administrative law judge assigns a different deadline.
