Leadership the process of Leading

Leadership is a quality of a person with the ability to communicate,


inspire, motivate and influence human behavior so as to accomplish a
mission designated by the leader.

LEADERS
Leader is a person who influences the behavior of other people and
enables them to work together efficiently and effectively to achieve a
common goal.

Two Types of Leader :

1. Formal-leadership recognized formally in an organization.

2. Informal-leadership recognized by relationship like group of


friends.
