universities in Europe have faced problems during
financial reporting periods or when going through
financial audits. Simplification is expected within
the duration of FP7 and also in the next framework
programme, but projects underway need to fulfil
the conditions of the EC Grant Agreements.

and project manager with several years of experience in financial
reporting and audits; the other will be an accountant familiar with
European financial and audit rules. The third expert may be a financial

organisation or project.
