The HSB has a helipad, pedestrian bridge to the existing MOB and a new arrival canopy. A 28,000 Sq. Ft. 3-story Central Utility Plant serving the entire campus and a 145,000 Sq. Ft. 1 level, 410 stall parking structure with two stairways, an elevator and car counting system were also included.

FDA had closed down the facility due to mold conditions. In eight months, R&S assisted in removing mold and upgrading the facility. The Scripps Research Institute Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Building 4 La Jolla, CA 11,000 Sq. Ft. $2.5 Million Wood frame building that houses one of the largest nuclear magnetic resonance instruments in the world. BMW North America Engineering Center Oxnard, CA 76,801 Sq. Ft. $12.1 Million Tilt-up testing center with administration area and fuel station. The Salk Institute Plant Biology Laboratory La Jolla, CA 12,324 Sq. Ft. $2 Million Build-out on two levels: first level build-out of offices, conference room, small kitchen and microscopy lab with dark room, second floor build-out of biology labs with island benches, cold room, and tissue cultures, in addition to new HVAC system. The Salk Institute Cellular Microscopy and Imaging Center San Diego, CA 2,500 Sq.
