Just like the great streamliners that impacted the art and architecture of transport design in the 1930s, the all new flagship of the Star cruiser line is a modern masterpiece. Yamaha remodelled the classic streamliner look for the 21st century to make the Roadliner an elegant vision of power, speed, size and comfort with flared fenders, teardrop fuel tank, sweptback handlebar mounts and a spurred swingarm. This mega-cruiser sets new standards in high-class design, craftsmanship and quality of finish, with the kind of painstaking attention to detail never seen before in the cruiser class. At its heart is a mighty low-revving, high-torque 1854cc air-cooled, eightvalve V-twin engine and long ’n’ low aluminium chassis. The combination is totally traditional and yet ultra-modern. Designed to show and go like no

other cruiser before it, the pushrod powerplant is fed via a twin-bore downdraft electronic fuel injection system to ensure optimum engine efficiency and throttle response in the widest possible range of conditions.
