eOmaut noud: scm 128 daccss 008 DOs 28.10.2010 URBAN DEVELOPMENT SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION No.UDD 137 BEMAPRA 2010, Bangalore, Dated:21st October, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13-€ of Kamataka Town and Country planning Act, 1961, the Government of Karnataka proposes to make amendments to Zonal Regulations of Master plans of the Local planning Areas approved by the Government, This Notification supersedes the earlier Notification No.UDD 522 MyAaPra 2005 Dated:10.03.2006 and No.UDD 285 MyAaPra 2006 Dated:18.12.2006 issued by the State Goverment. ‘Any objections of suggestion fram the public on tis amendment may be addressed to the Secretary fo Government, Urban Development Department, Vikasa Soudha, Bangalore-560 001, within thity days ofthis publication. Objections! Suggestions received after the stipulated date will nat be considered by the Stale Government, Proposed Amendment |. Approval of Sub-division of plot or Layout plan ‘A Residential purpose: ‘Sanctioning of a layout plan for residential purpose shall be subject tothe folowing conditions in all the local planning areas ofthe Stale where Master plans are approved by the State Government, |L_ The land in question is converted for residential purpose |. The land shall have access rom the public road and the use of land shall be in accordance with the proposals of the Master plan aan - v9 Tress Cees, ethene, AxoUTF 2, 20N0 ogee, UL Aminimum of teen percent ofthe total extent shall be reserved for parks and open spaces, IV. Arminimum of ten percent ofthe total extent shall be reserva for civic amenities. \V. The area earmarked for parks and open spaces, civic amenities, and roads shall be handed over to the authority through @ relinqushment deed free of cost for maintenance. Act and development charges and any other fees ‘and charges prescribed by the Government from time to time. 1. Act and development charges and any other feas and charges prescribed by the Government from time to time. In case owner of any land who has obtained approval for single pot desires to sub-divide his plot ata later stage, he shall obtain approval ofthe Authoriy for sub-division of plot as per the prescribed noms.
