BERDE Scoresheet — v3.0.0


The Template — BERDE Scoresheet — v3.0.0 is a tool developed by the Philippine
Green Building Council (PHILGBC) to support projects undergoing BERDE
Certification.

Who may use this template?


The PHILGBC invites all project owners, proponents and interested parties to use the
Template — BERDE Scoresheet — v3.0.0 to assess their project's potential rating
under BERDE GBRS — Version 3.0.0.

Conditions of Use

The use of this template is not an endorsement of any rating achieved through self-
assessment. The PHILGBC accepts no liability for the results of the use of this
software. The use of the tool does not entitle the user or other parties to advertise
any rating achieved through self-assessment, and release of such information is
considered unendorsed.

This tool was developed in Microsoft Excel for Mac (2019). Compatibility issues may
arise with the use of the tool with different versions of Excel or with other operating
systems.
Contents and specifications of the tool are subject to change without prior notice.

How to use the Scoresheet


Project Information tab
1. Under Project Name, enter the officially registered name of the project.
2. Under Project Owner, enter the name of the organization or individual who owns
the project.
3. Under Project Type, select the type applicable for the project.
4. Under Certification Stage, select the Stage that applies to the project.
5. Under Assessment Round, enter the number of Assessment Round for this
submission for the project.
6. Under Prepared by, enter the name of the one who prepared the scoresheet for
submission.
7. Under Designation, enter the designation or position of the preparer for the project.

8. Under Email Address, enter the email address of the preparer.


9. Under Date Prepared, enter the date when this scoresheet was accomplished.

The applicable credits will be reflected in the Scoresheet tab based on the Project
Type and the Certification Stage. Other credits not applicable based on the Project
Type will not be included in the total available score and will be greyed out.

1. Under the column Pursued Credit, select using the droplist either `Yes` to specify
your target credit, or `No` if not.
Legend
Green cells are editable.
Grey and white cells are not editable.
