Subject 2022 EDA Priorities

The Director would like to discuss priorities with the EDA. The Director has identified the following as
the highest priority projects and activities:
 Continued support to the business community
 2 bridges
 Child care
 Workforce; including Northern Valley Careers and NWPIC
 Increasing industrial space – land and buildings
 Sale of City lots
 Appraisal of the Infill Building for possible sale

Does this list conform to the expectations of the EDA? Are there other projects and activities that
should be included? Or omitted?

Recommendation: Review and advise the Director.
