Sponsor reserves the right. to require an Eligible Grant Recipient to submit to a confidential background check to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Grant Program will not bring Sponsor into public disrepute. If for any reason the Grant Program is not capable of being administered as planned. will have the unlimited right to assign these Official Rules and Regulations and the rights granted at any time. that the Grant Program is not meeting the expected goals. in its sole and absolute discretion. then the Participant will forfeit their Grant. and/or (2) bring an action in court to protect or interpret any of Sponsor’s purported intellectual property rights. in whole or in part.com. or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration. 2011. technical failures. scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on Sponsor. All Participants and Voters must be registered on the Website.
