What I can do for you:
On the ground market research

- Find major mining, oil and gas, transportation and other projects which Pennecon are
capable of completing.
- Researching government regulations, detailing barriers to entry or any other government
regulations that may be of interest.
- Researching prices of products, cost of labor, cost of materials, overall profitability and
viability of surviving and excelling in the Malaysian and Indonesian markets.
- Detailed competitor analysis. Finding out who would directly challenge for your business
and create an analysis of each of these competitors.
- Research current corporate social responsibility projects ongoing in Malaysia and
Indonesia to ensure Pennecon is up to standard with CSR principals.
- Research current technology being developed in your industry which may interest you or
be beneficial in domestic projects.

Creating connections and gathering contacts

- Finding and connecting with people who are familiar and directly involved with
Pennecon’s target industries.
- Connecting with relevant governmental figures both domestically and internationally
which may help in any future international ventures.
- Providing a contact list of various influential figures in the Malaysian and Indonesian
markets that may be interested in assisting or partnering with Pennecon’s future goals.

Advancing relationships which you may already have

- Meeting with contacts you have established in either of these countries on either goodwill
or business.
- Negotiate potential deals with existing partners, or be an ambassador to Pennecon to open
opportunity of future business.

Indonesia, and Malaysia
- Speak at any Pennecon functions regarding your involvement with the JTC program.

Levels of Sponsorship

Platinum (Exclusive Private) Sponsor

Community Service Contract:

Besides the deliverables for Pennecon, I would also like to pay you back by offering
volunteering. You can send me to events throughout NL to volunteer for good causes, not for
profit organizations, community events, etc. wage free. I have arranged a pool of 150 hours to
commit over the next year. The availability of these hours will be based upon the sponsorship
level.

$2,500 – 75 community service hours

$3,000 – 100 community service hours
$3,500 – 125 community service hours
$4,000+ – 150 community service hours

By agreeing to enter a partnership in this range, you are guaranteed to be the only private company I will
represent on this trade mission and in any positive press that is associated with the mission. There is
obviously an extensive workload that comes with major sponsors and a $2,500+ sponsorship will
guarantee that your company will get its priorities being my main priority as well. However, there are
benefits past $2,500 as well. As you can see above I have implemented a volunteer contribution incentive.
As well, the money outside of $2,500 will be sought out through partnerships with Memorial University
and the Government of Newfoundland who will also need deliverables and work done abroad. This isn’t
as extensive, as there is another Newfoundland delegate to partner with me for those partnerships. But,
obviously the less extensive the other partnerships I have to reach the more I can help your company
benefit.
