Restructured the operations and back-office functions to reduce full-time equiva
lent staff from 50 to 40 without compromising efficient delivery of core service
Wrote a HOPE VI application for $17.4 million, which leveraged over $45 million
in tax credits and private equity to demolish dilapidated public housing and cre
