2009-2010 Supervisory Human Resources Specialist
Planned, directed, coordinated, and supervised human resources management functi
ons to include equal opportunity employment claims while serving a military inte
lligence unit of over 150 personnel; briefed daily status reports regarding the
maintenance of personnel records, special unit programs, employee relations, and
recommendations to unit policy to proper authorities; wrote, reviewed and revis
ed Soldier evaluations; reviewed and processed recommendations for promotions; a
uthored unit standard operating procedures for the Army Substance Abuse Program;
coordinated the efficient integration of new personnel; recruited, trained, eva
luated, integrated, and reviewed work performance of 3 subordinate supervisors,

Briefed and analyzed over 15,000 intelligence reports to an audience of over 40
U.S. military and multinational senior leadership; categorized, delegated, and s
upervised the analysis of more than 1000 reports daily during major country-wide
simulated exercises, updated commanders priority intelligence requirements for
information needed in a timely and efficient manner; screened and interviewed ov
er 3,000 individuals for intelligence value during a eight month period; chosen
