We paid cash for all work done. Financial Management WRBC - When I came, the school was running 20% (03/04) and 10% (04/05) deficits. We eliminated the deficit in the 08/09 school year despit e a declining enrollment. Am leaving the ministry in a strong financial condition with no debt, plenty of reserves and balanced budgets. Lead in all aspects of budgeting; preparation, development, and management. Human Resources WRBC - Able to manage an average health insurance cost increase of 4% annually through careful management, adjustments to employee participation , and plan changes; added employee benefit programs such as a vision plan, legal plan, and others.
