Purpose and Shortened Synopsis THIS document will serve the purpose of defining. Covered in this document will be the concepts of progress and advancement. explaining. it also contains some Ardician human rights that everyone must be aware of. While this document does primarily describe concepts and core values of the Ardician people.

When the child is born. The Ardician Universal Concept of Progress What is the definition of progress? The Ardician knows progress from the very time of their birth. and those we may never solve – but we sure will try our hand at cracking them open. approved 2011 for public and private viewing. Progress is our mindset. and an abridged edition is to be taught to the children of elementary schools. This can only be done by having the drive for progress. Discoveries are made every day. students and faculty alike. to understand. how will you support our ideals – your ideals? To ensure the greatest possible future for yourself and for the nation. Ardicio is at the forefront of solving those mysteries. the future via progress. By the very nature of our world. as these are words to live by. and will shape it as we see fit. There are mysteries we have solved. We are the leaders of the future. They explore. those we have yet to solve. Progress is what we live for. this document is to be read and learned by all in attendance to the high schools and colleges. Their environment is one huge mystery made up of millions of fibers of smaller mysteries – and this environment changes these mysteries as time moves. “Progress via strategy. The Ardician people can only maintain our position as the leaders of the future of the world by teaching our young the importance of ambition. The question then becomes. . Because education is of fundamental necessity and paramount importance. The largest indicators of a nation's progress are its developments in the Sciences. and to re-evaluate these choices every year of their college education. Focus is directed at education through the two forms of Sciences. as individuals do need time to themselves and enjoy things other than progressive work – entertainment. All people are to decide their primary interest in the educational subjects early in high school. chemicals. Ardician government-sanctioned document. without exception. Communication and Language.The Ardician Universal Concept of Progress 17. Thus. Government and Economic Systems. most subjects are inclined toward a progressive lifestyle. May. the Definite Sciences (those that deal specifically with matter. 3 of 8 . . the Definite Sciences and Personal Sciences. and with behaviours of human beings). These subjects include (but are not limited to) the Sciences (both “Definite” and “Personal”). approved 2011 for public and private viewing. literature. Concept of Education Progress is not possible without education. Classes that deal with the arts. medicines. with the mind. This covers the concept of education and the application thereof. as it were. Both types of subjects are necessary. While there are some subjects in the educational systems throughout Ardicio that are not inherently progressive. and to pursue their aims as far as they are willing beyond the required participation. both types of classes – progressive and non-progressive – are respected for what they lend to us as human beings. though both fields are treated with equal respect. Mathematics. 2011 3. Ardicio recognizes education as the learning of subjects that are conducive to a productive and progressive future for the individual and the people as a whole. These are the core subjects that must be instilled in the young before other subjects can be introduced. Between the two Sciences. and with musical endeavours are necessary to keep oneself happy when putting their greatest amounts of effort toward the core subjects. education through college in the amount of four years is required by all Ardician peoples. and for good reason. and useful developments) take precedent over the Personal Sciences (those that deal primarily with the body. and Engineering. elements. in city and in nation.

The same can be said between nations. and condones the integration of the best ideas. No one individual can say that they are more efficient than a team of minds and hands working together. By this token. Ardicio is an avid supporter of building foreign relations. and their differing concepts are to be approached with an open and tolerant mind. and the foreign relations sector is certainly no exclusion. people.. on all levels. as you would give your very own neighbour. 2011 4. Elementary school students are constantly being made aware of the fact that there is indeed more to the world than that which can be found within our borders. Their ideas are to be heard just as readily as you are to profess your ideas to them. and that the best things that can be found in any field of study may be found outside Ardicio with just as much likelihood as in our own neighbourhoods. . services. This is also the same reason that foreign languages are heavily encouraged throughout our educational system. Public relations in any field require impeccable communication skills. With that. of course. both neighbours in close quarters and abroad. 4 of 8 . Ardicio welcomes you to visit with foreign nations. All foreign nations that treat Ardicio with very little hostility and at least a neutral level of hospitality are to be treated with the utmost respect. May. Communication skills include more than just being sensitive to other cultures and aware of one's body language. The all-important concept of tolerance is paramount in early education on the subject of foreign policy. and resources other nations can offer. leaving prejudices and progress-hampering pride to those of inferior mental capacity. These major rights and others are necessary to maintain the high standards of progressive work within Ardicio. Ardicio's Human Rights: The Ardician The Ardician resident has certain rights allotted to them by the nation. The Ardician has a right to obtain knowledge of dangerous sciences and practices. also reserves the right to refuse award and recognition for their contributions and accomplishments. approved 2011 for public and private viewing. This kind of education is best done in elementary years. The Ardician.The Ardician Universal Concept of Progress 17. those that follow are the rights specified as essential to the continued progress of the nation and its people. naturally. including that information which could allow the learner to become a hazard to themselves or others – this is a necessary right to maintain the standards of free-flowing and ever-evolving information that we may all benefit from perusing. 1. 4. 3. as questioning the accepted fundamentals of the political system is a counter-productive pastime for those who have yet to grasp the concepts for themselves. Ardician residents also retain the right to choose their life partner and to enter into a uniting bond with that competently consenting person. 2011 5. This will be determined by a clerk or government official (or any member of the government higher in the chain). in accordance with Ardician principles. Ardicio's Human Rights: The Non-Ardician The non-Ardician also has defined rights in relation to Ardicio.The Ardician Universal Concept of Progress 17. Such is Ardicio's Human Rights for the Non-Ardician. This limitation can be affected by institutional representatives (including officials and clerks). and government officials and clerks. The list of non-Ardician rights and limitations is short. or imply they will traffic the information to those who would use it maliciously. and other non-officer employees) that will affect a progressive contribution to the nation and its people.
