Professional investigative service to commanders of all Air Force activities, co
nducting criminal investigations and counterintelligence as well as other missio
n-critical services; also known as AFOSI.
Special Agent / Superintendent, AFOSI Expeditionary Detachment 2410 - Kirkuk Reg
ional Air Base, Iraq (2009-2010): Led combat operations against insurgents, dire
cting team comprising 12 agents, 30 tactical security element operators and 6 co
ntractors in completing 57 counterintelligence-related combat missions under ext
remely hazardous conditions. Supervised production of crucial intelligence repor
ts, liaising with US and Iraqi forces to conduct counterterrorism operations. Di
scovered and neutralized weapons caches and captured high-value targets to disru
pt major terrorist attacks and safeguard coalition personnel as well as ensure s
afe airport operations. Worked closely with regional partners to share intellige
nce. Ensured team safety.

Special Agent / Superintendent AFOSI Detachment 407 - Keesler Air Force Base, Mi
ssissippi (2007-Present): Coordinate law enforcement investigations in Mississip
pi, Louisiana and Alabama, working with local, state and federal law enforcement
officials. Supervise 12 active duty and reserve agents engaged in training and
investigative activities at the Air Force's largest technical training wing. Adv
ise senior wing commanders on investigative operations and judicial proceedings.
Key Accomplishments:
* Far exceeded standard for percentage of cases achieving significant customer
impact, rating 84% to a target of 65% and returning $200K to USAF control follow
ing 35 felony investigations.
* Significantly improved counterintelligence program, achieving quantum growth
of regional intelligence collection activities and receiving Enlisted Agent of t
he Quarter Award.
* Leveraged outstanding leadership qualities to upgrade inexperienced agents' s
kills, inspire team to take proactive measures to achieve mission and adhere to
highest program standards.
* Skillfully managed crises, including hurricane evacuations, and directed mult
i-agency counterintelligence operation to identify hostile foreign intelligence
officers.
* Served as interim commander, executing all duties according to Wing Commander

Criminal Operations: Led major criminal, fraud and CI investigations, overseeing

SI operations in the Republic of Korea, coordinating efforts with US and Korean
personnel. Integrated special investigations activities with Joint Chiefs of Sta
ff exercises in the region. Identified and resolved logistics issues and maintai
ned oversight of primary base as well as 5 operating bases.

inal, fraud and CI investigation at several Air Force facilities serving nearly
20K personnel. Managed informants. Allocated technical equipment. Liaised with l

ilian and military agencies.

l Center for the US National Military Representative at the Supreme Headquarters
